I went to Universal Ford Lincoln Sales Ltd. and *** helped me out. He showed me the car and told me all about it. He was really nice and knew a lot about the car. We even went on a test drive together. *** is great and should stay with the company.

I bought a car from Universal Ford Lincoln Sales Ltd. Omid helped me find a car and he was really helpful. I tried a car for four days but had a problem with it so I returned it and picked a different SUV. Omid and the other people I talked to were all really helpful. Now I have a Ford Escape and I'm happy with it. Thanks to Omid and the team at Universal! Bill.

I got a 2011 Toyota Venza on July 23 from Universal Ford Lincoln Sales Ltd. The guy who sold it to me had it all warmed up and ready for me when I went for a test drive, and when I drove it off the lot. The next day, I started it up and there was a really bad noise coming from the engine for 2 seconds. I told them about it, but they said it was nothing to worry about. I kept asking, and the guy who sold it to me said it was just a cold start and it was fine. But it would cost me between 3500 and 5000 dollars to fix it. They also wouldn't replace a broken visor that hangs in front of my face when I'm driving, and it costs 250 dollars to replace it, plus labor. The tires on the car were also too old, so they shouldn't have sold it to me with those tires. I had to buy new tires right away for 1100 dollars. They kept telling me everything would be okay, but now they won't answer my calls. The guy who sold it to me and 2 managers all said I could complain to ComplaintsBoard.com and AMVIC.

I would give them like half a star if I could cuz every time I go there it's a hot mess. They can't even get their act together with a boss who knows what they're doing. The big shot manager won't even talk to you unless you're ready to sign on the dotted line. And don't even think about getting your tires changed for your new car that they kept for you. They might lose them and then lie to you about it. And when they finally do get around to it, they won't even label your tires. Who cares where they go, right? We got a real lemon from them and their service department is a joke. We had to go there like 15 times just to get one decent experience. If you want to buy a car, go anywhere else but here. We're not the only ones who've had problems, just look at the other reviews. We had to go to another dealership to fix the mess they made. If you want a fancy car that doesn't work and a long list of bad service, this is the place for you. I'd rather have their sign work on my car than their team.

I wouldn't recommend this Ford dealership. They messed up a lot of paperwork and inspections, and the truck I bought had a lot of problems. The customer service was terrible, with sales reps and shop foremen ignoring me for weeks. Carlo was the only one who responded quickly, but he just gave me a warranty speech and didn't help me with my problems. The shop time was also really bad, and I had to pay out of pocket for some repairs. Even after all that, my truck still had issues with the window and alarm sensors. I paid $73,000 for this truck, and it's not worth it. I won't be coming back here and I don't recommend it to anyone. The staff is friendly at first, but that's about it. Don't waste your time and money here.

I went to Universal Ford Lincoln Sales Ltd. a few weeks ago to get a recall done and check a light on my dash. They told me a part was broken and it was covered under warranty, but then they said the warranty was under the previous owner's name. I went to Universal and they said they would get back to me, but they didn't. When I asked questions, they weren't giving me straight answers. I talked to the sales guys who sold me the truck and they said I had to talk to a finance guy, but he didn't get back to me either. I called Universal and they were rude and said I was out of luck because I was past the 180 days since I bought the truck. They said it wasn't their fault for not telling me about the warranty transfer. When I call the dealership, I feel like they're not answering my calls. I tried to make an appointment with the GM, but he hasn't called me back. There's more I want to say, but I'm running out of space.
