My husband and I were seated at the first booth to the right at 6:02 pm on Tuesday. We went through our menus and were ready to order. It is 617 pm now and no one came to us to ask our drink order. No one acknowledged us at all. There was a manger in a blue shirt on the phone at the table in front and two young woman standing there. I made eye contact with all of them and even put my hand up like I’ve been waiting. Not one of them acknowledged me. There were two groups that came in after us that were seated and their order was taki. It is now 634pm my husband and I were fed up it is ridiculous that we sat there for half hour and not one person acknowledged us s. We left and went to outback next door and on my way out I said to one of the young woman at the desk we weren’t acknowledged so we are leaving. You can tell by her face she really didn’t give two ducks. Never felt so disrespected in a restaurant before. I made eye contact several times with several people including the manager in the blue shirt on the phone. Made gestures to say hello we are still waiting for someone to come to our table. It was made very clear to me that no one cared.
