This place is charging customers illegally. All waiters/waitresses (as I was one) know that your tip depends on service, so when you're rude, throw plates down at guests, and have an attitude, you can expect a low tip or none at all. I'm very disappointed to hear and see proof that this place charges a "service fee" for a tip for rude service if you don't leave one or a low one because of it. If you're gonna do this to customers, at least put up a sign that states tips are required and if not, a service charge will be applied. There was NO indication of such anywhere or in the menu to agree, therefore this is deception. Rude staff, a rude manager who made it clear he doesn't care if they get business or not, and allowing such behavior to be excused is uncalled for. Again, what they did is also illegal since this wasn't stated or agreed upon with the customer beforehand and was "deception." They should get better waitresses who actually deserve an optional tip because unless you state BEFOREHAND that's what it is, optional. This place needs to be looked into, and an apology needs to be given to those who they have stolen from. They pick and choose who they want to do this to because of low tips given for rude behavior and allow their staff to treat their customers in a rude manner and even slam plates down. My children were also there, and if she would've burnt them from doing such, it would've been a lawsuit. Food did get on one of my children, but it wasn't enough to burn them. Once again, the manager didn't care, and because of her actions, that's why she didn't get a tip. Instead, they tacked on a service charge that is illegal to do because she knew she wouldn't get one. They are ignoring my review and the complaints because they know they're in the wrong, and that's why I'm coming here as a last resort.
