Carrabba's Italian Grill

On Saturday 7/8/23 approximately 6:00 pm, My brother from visiting from Ill. and I in Colorado, went to our favorite Carrabba's in Westminster, Co.
We asked for a booth in the bar area and explained to the bartender gentleman that"we love to eat there every time my brother visits. We always have wonderful food and great service."
Our Server arrived to take our drink order. We were polite and happy to be there.
She took our order with a bit of a attitude, which we didn't really pay attention to.

Our salads were delivered mine was fine looked really good, but my brothers was just lettuce and a few croutons. In a little while our food was delivered, by her she said these plates are hot. Mine was warm however my brothers was not cooked. We notified the male bartender that the food was not cooked, and we were finished with this. He said I will comp. you. After about 10 mins. at which we could have just walked since we became invisible. The server lady told him no don't comp. it, who needs them. "really". I paid, for the whole dinner even though we had not eaten. 54 dollars.
