CarId review: Buyer beware - horrible customer service

I wish I could give this company a lower rating than one star. They do not stand behind the products that they sale. I ordered a set of rims from CARiD and was forced to buy their lug nuts. If not, the warranty would be voided. So, I purchased said lug nuts and much to my surprise, they sent the incorrect lug nuts, even though I entered the year, make and model of my vehicle, and received a “guaranteed fit” confirmation. The incorrect lug nuts that CARiD sent caused damage to my brand-new set of rims. Upon calling “customer service”, I was told the damage caused was my fault, even though the “customer service” representative admitted that the incorrect lug nuts were sent to me. CARiD refused to work with me regarding the damage caused by THEM sending me the incorrect lug nuts. I went to my local auto part store and purchased the correct lug nuts. Judging by other negative reviews, I am certain that CARiD will respond to my negative review with further gibberish about how this was my fault and take no responsibility. BUYER BEWARE!
