CarId review: They sent wrong parts and it's been a nightmare since.

So in February of this year I had made a purchase of front break pads and rotors. At first everything seemed like it was going well and working out easy through their website. Fast forward to he day I was supposed to receive my items my break pads are missing. I let the support know and after few back and forth times they end up sending me the pads. I finally received the pads and book a time with my mechanic. I go to get the parts installed and turns out that he front pads are incorrect size and completely are not compatible. So I let the customer support know again. I send back the pads and during the call with support the lady on the line assured me that it will be the correct parts. I also asked her if the rotors that I currently have are still the correct part. She said yes and don't worry everything will be fine. Again fast forward a week later I get my pads but then life happens and I can't set up an appointment with my mechanic and have to fly out of the country. I recently flew back in and with confidence I called my mechanic to get the breaks finally done. He starts removing the parts and the pads seem to be ok and match but now it's the rotors. So the rotors are a missmatch on the size. I honestly at that point don't know what to say anymore because I wasted my mechanics times again and CARID wasted my time by again dropping the ball and reassuring me something that they don't even know or understand. I call their customer service next day and they say it's pass our policy time fram and there is nothing we can do. I am trying to explain to them that it's not my fault that they have been consistently messing up my order from day one and then I had personal matters to attent to and couldn't take care of it on time. But the manager named Jarwin Ogaya showed 0 understanding or care and bluntly with no emotion refused to help in any possible way by constantly saying the same thing of how their policy doesn't accept any returns. The sad part is I don't even want to return it for money I just want to get the right part but he kept refusing any sort of help. Basically this company has no remorse or understanding or care about their customers. Their customer service is terrible and they have 0 knowledge about their products. However they do love mentioning their policies all the time as if that makes them invincible to their inhumanity owards their customers. Now thanks to their lack of help or solutions I am stuck with 2 front rotors and idk what to do with them.

My only advice is avoid this place at all times. They will not help you if you have a serious issue. Their customer service barely even speaks English and that includes their manager as well. They do not provide their corporate information even though they have to. So I will be taking this further because this is not how things should be done by companies towards their customers.
