I am 21 years old and need alot of work dome to my teeth or they are going to fall out and rot. Well it seems like now one cares because I have been trying to get a carecredit card so I can get my $2000 worth of work done to my teeth. I have tryed filling myself and then when they denied me I tryed with 2 of my family members as co-signers and we were denied still. I do not get it because my father has a GE money bank gas card and he just got his limit raised to $700 without even asking so obviosly he has credit but he was still denied now that makes sense doesnt it?... NO. Also I know for a fact that that the other family memeber had very good credit and alot of money sitting in a bank account because she sold her house for a half of a millon dollars. I was reading on the website for carecredit and it says "there is nothing holding you back" well this is holding me back. The only thing I can think that someone would be able to recive a card from them is to have a perfect credit score and who has that anymore. There is no one in the world that has a perfect credit score anymore. So I want to know how this company is making any money because if no one can get a card to get HELP! then they are not bringing in any money. I have no other choices now to get credit to get my teeth worked on now. I am 21 and because of them turning me down for god only know what reason I either have to let my teeth rot and fall out or find a dentist that will pull my 5 teeth out (which by the way can be saved by root canals and fillings and to pull my teeth will probley cost me ALOT of money which I dont have all at once) and live with huge holes in my mouth for the rest of my life, but why I am telling you this I dont know because I know now one cares you all have dental insurance and can go whenever you want to and get anything done whenever you need to. This is supposed to be here to help people, well how can people get help if no one is willing to help them get help. This is a backwords ### company and I really hope you relize that it is and how upset my whole family is about this and belive me the GE company will never be our first choice for anything as long as we live.

I appreciate Care Credit. I am on Social Security and can't afford the dentist. I need work and it is on my front tooth. I'm willing to let the back go but was horrified when my front tooth chipped and almost immediately started getting decayed. With my low income I was pretty shocked when I was approved. It's for only $800.00 which from experience probably won't be enough but it's a start. I'm hoping to find a dentist that will have financing suggestions. I at least have hope. Be careful with the no interest for any amount of time because if you don't pay your account off when they tell you too--you will get a balloon payment for all the accrued finance charge since you first started treatment. READ the terms and condition always. If don't---don't cry when you get hit with the consequence. If you can get a lower interest rate with another credit card company then do it. I can't tolerate people that bad mouth a company because of their own mistakes. Care Credit has rules. Follow them---they are not that hard. If you don't, it's your fault. I can't afford the dentist and because of a turn of events--my credit is bad. If any credit card company extended me credit again, it wouldn't be for very much and their interest rate would be even higher. And Nicole--if you really don't know why you were denied---call and ask! Dentists are very expensive and want their money at the time of service. Most people can't afford them even with dental insurance and need to use a credit card to pay them. It's the dentists that don't care and have no problem refusing service until the patient figures a way to pay them in full each time.

My husband and I work and we do not have Dental Insurance! My husband works two Full Time Jobs and I work part time. We also have a daughter. Care Credit stinks because their interests rates for both of our cards are 29.99% you do not want an account from Care Credit! My husbands account went to a Collection Agency and now we are paying almost 600.00 a month. Listen to everyone's reviews! Stay away from Care Credit!

Not trying to be rude. They are letting people borrow money do you actually believe they don't have something to get out of the deal? The interest rate is about 22%. They have to make money somehow. If you can't pay them back then don't borrow money or it will be very hard on you paying them off. They basically go on your credit score. Even if you are making a low income say like $800. YES it is hard to keep a good credit score. I had one till I co signed for someone, then their car got repo. I didn't have enough money for 2 car payments plus other bills. I also have kids so that gets pricey ALone. WOrd of advice if you can't take over the payments if something goes wrong don't be a co-signer! I had a almost 700 score I don't even want to know how bad it is now.
Well Care credit They let me get a card I have to get $2500 worth of teeth work done.
ANother word of advice for nursing moms don't nurse unless you take your prenatal vitamins. I had good teeth till then. The baby pulls all the calcium out of your body. Why don't we even listen to our mothers? I am thankful they let me get a card. My mom has a card they never gave her problems. You can use the card for denist and the vet too.

Try brushing your teeth once in a while instead of blaming a credit card company for not letting you borrow money

Worst mistake I ever made. They are truly thieves, and there seems to be nothing no one can do.

Be thankful to God that they denied you (that rarely happens regarding Care Credit, let me tell you). Try other healthcare plans, like Blue Cross BS, but NEVER with Care Credit, or your credit will be ruined!

Nicole:

Read the other reviews on CareCredit. You do NOT want this account; they are major scammers. You will get charged for interest even if you make payments on or before due;t hey claim to have "lost" your payments even when you prove they have received them.
STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!
