As a new company I was searching for a easy finance company for HVAC needs after I paid my $2000 I had five people declined some of them with decent credit talked with hearth to make sure it was nothing that I did wrong told me to try a couple different things another three denied then they told me it was because credit was harder to get with the way the banks were operating right now give us some time I asked to cancel multiple times waited for over a month for somebody in the billing department to call me never did I called ask them to cancel me they told me that they would not renew it I told them I would like it canceled immediately asked was there a way to get a prorated refund they told me no I was over my allowed time which was two months complete rip off please save your money and don’t let your customers feel the wrath of a scam I had multiple upset clients one person was actually going to go through with it 30% interest along with putting their car up for collateral at the very end the account was flagged and would not go through

Hearth forgets to mention that in order to get 0% financing that you have to do hard credit pulls to see credit card options available and that it maxes out at 15,000 (and many home projects cost more than 15,000) and the most money you will receive is based on your other credit card amounts so even with exceptional credit score you wont receive full project cost. And you need to do hard credit pulls just to see what other offers are out there. High pressure salesmen and a lot of concealment. Know wonder they require a 1 year contract up front.

I had an emergency repair that needed attention fast to prevent further damage to my home and many money lenders were available but none had the rates and speedy delivery of funds than HEARTH ! In less than 48 hours I was able to proceed with the loan and repairs and prevent further damage to my home. I was truly grateful for there speedy reply and help for my needs. Thank You for Your Service!

hearth was the easiest company we have ever dealt with and i will certainly recommend your company to everyone i know that need help with getting a line of credit. as a matter of fact, i will ask my grandson to purchase a home and put it on our property. i will let him know when to apply because we want him to live next to us. thank you very much and we really appreciate your trusting us to purchase our garage.

I would not recommend this company. Their interest rates are high and they do not show more than 7 years on terms. They promise to *** chat after they took our money this! Their app will not show more than 7 years, so if a customer wanted to extend terms, it will not work as stated! Buyer beware! This company just sells you a year contract, and does not tell you everything until you read fine print!

Adding Hearth to our financing options for our clients has been one of the smartest decisions I've made as a business owner. Not only do I have the ability to offer financing to clients while I'm in the home, the client is also presented with immediate options. The ability to upsale projects has more than paid for the cost of the program. I would highly recommend Hearth to all contractors who want to increase their closing ratios.

Amazing experience moving companies from Greensky to Hearth Finance. I thought the process would be difficult for my sales team to navigate but Hearth made it simple with their support team, always easy and quick responses, training they have, and the fact the app is just easy to use/understand. Not to mention the thousands I have spent over the years paying in dealer fees. Our company has already profited 4 times what we paid. Unreal! So excited to continue using Hearth!

I am working with Frugal Kitchens to redo my kitchen. On their web site, they advertised financing for 18 months at 0% interest. My designer referred me to Hearth for financing. None of the loan options offered to me included a 0% interest rate. I realize the interest rate is tied to my credit rating which is currently over 800. I ended up getting a credit card which offered 0% interest for 14 months. Unfortunately, the credit limit on the card is $4,000 short of my project amount. I have used "project loans" in the past and the process was much simpler and did not require all of the research I needed to do with Hearth.

I mistakenly left a 1-star review of Hearth Financial last Sunday and I have not been able to figure out how to rescind that review or change it to a 5- star review. When I reached out to Hearth Financial on a Sunday about canceling my account and refunding my renewal fee, they were understandably closed for business. I should have been patient and given them a chance to call me back, which they did on the next business day and they refunded their charge right away. While I was unable to take advantage of their service, they did everything that they said they would do and if I need them in the future, I will gladly do business with them again!

Horrible customer service and no follow up. We signed up for hearth and were told someone would reach out to help us set it up the same day. Several days past before anyone got back to us . We havent found a good use for the service and called to cancel it. They basically are so desperate for business that they refuse to refund and cancel the service . In my opinion any company that refuse customer service even when we havent used any of their services is the type of company to not do business with. Rude and demanding customer service , lack of care for the customers needs and wishes. I would never record this *** or its services to anyone !

THIS COMPANY IS WITHHOLDING OVER $8,000 DOLLARS FROM ME. I've used hearth for over a year and had few complaints but over the last week they've refused to release my money because of a system error they're unable to fix on their end. I've received over $20,000 dollars from them and now they're holding a payment of over $8,000 with no changes made on my end or no explanation from them on a resolution. I spent all day being tossed between customer services reps who were totally clueless and after over 8 phones calls I was left helpless. Any business owner who depends on cash flow should not depend on hearth for any consistency or customer service.

This place is a scam. Do not get this. They take your money and they will not give it back even if you ask for it back before 30 days is up. Quick books online is the only part of quickbooks that works for this and even then im not sure if it does. I asked for my money and they said they can't help me. The only way they would do something is if the customers did the soft check first. No one wants to even do a soft check because how bad the reviews are. I will be posting this to every single review page for this place unless I get my full refund back. I dont even *** now because it is a waste of my breath trying to work with this company.

This company is a scam and they do not let you cancel once you sign up. They set it up as a annual membership send no renewal emails or correspondence then charge your credit card $999. You can call and try to cancel but they will not refund you and require you to cancel in writing but give no option for you to cancel in a way that you have a copy. I requested to cancel over the phone and they said no problem then charged me again the next year. This company is is a scam and the representative almost laughed at me when I disputed the charge on my credit card and they said they'll respond to the dispute and see what happens. BEWARE! I'm only giving one star because it is required to make this post. This company sucks and are a bunch of crooks, we told them we did not want their services they were not a good match for our company and Taylor took it upon herself to deduct $999.00 from my card without my permission. I will be turning this over to my attorney because they refuse to give me my money back. If you are wise you will not use HEARTH financial services for your clients they will only screw your company over and steal your money! I am a very successful 40yr. Same Contractors License roofing contractor in *** and it signed up with Hearth in 2019 and found it to be unusable with my potential clients because the financing rates that came back from their 10 or 12 different funding sources were all in the 12 to 20% rate for clients that had a 700 to 750 even 800 FICO so I cancelled. I got an auto renewal 2021 after I cancelled and now another renewal for 2022 stating my credit card is invalid obviously because I change the number and this is absolutely outrageous. To me, this is an absolute scam as you can never get off their billing and thank goodness it wasnt through auto pay in my checking account or I wouldve had to close my account.

We paid Hearth for one (1) year of services. I believe the *** was a little over a thousand dollars ($1,000.00). But because of covid, we had to shut down our operations three (3) months after we paid Hearth. Did Hearth credit or refund the nine (9) months of unused Hearth services? No, they did not. Hearth's customer service said when we start the business again, we would get credit for the unused months. It was a bald-faced lie. When we opened the business again, Hearth would not credit us for the nine (9) months that we did not use. Instead, Hearth said we could pay them for another year at half off. Essentially telling us to just forget about the three months of service that was paid for! Instead, we found several other companies who do the same thing as Hearth but better and at a lower price.

They have a great sales pitch but if you dont ask the right questions youre going to get screwed Im a business and I signed up with hearth. I finance a customer $12,000 he then got a credit card in the mail that he used with a different vendor. I ordered the equipment I had a date of schedule and customer use the credit card with a different company Which is one of my competitors they showed no remorse and theyre only solution was Im sorry but lets continue I nearly asked for a refund I got all this sort of sales pitch why I should not ask for a refund. However I just lost a lot of time and $12,000 all Im requesting is my refund of *** initial payment for my year subscription. Ive done reviews everywhere and I will continue to do reviews until I get a refund this is unacceptable how do slow businesses stay in business when you can utilize their credit card literally anywhere . How is this protecting the Business that is ultimately paying hearth. Its not its protecting the customers and all they care about is the customers not the companies like you and me. Please refund me and Ill be happier about the situation
