Captain D's review: Service

We ate dinner at Capt D's at 3330 S Crater Rd Petersburg Va tonight. Girl at register took our order which included a baked potato with butter and sour cream. She added that on receipt and we were charged.79 for potato. When food finally came to table she said we have no cocktail sauce or butter. I said really? She turned without a word and left. After we ate, I asked to speak to management. A gentleman came out and she she out right lied and was too lazy to walk a few steps and get it. He also said he really could not say anything to her because they could not afford to lose any employees. He never offered a discount or free dessert or anything. The potato was worthless without butter. He said they did not respect him at all. He said they leave when they want.

In summary, we usually eat there at least 1 time a month, maybe more. I doubt we go there again. Very disappointed with employees treatment of their customers.

Two female employees went in restroom for at least 15 min. I think they were smoking Marijuana but didn't witness it.

Your corporate office should be aware of this store.

I would like a refund of our 29.00 bill. Lied too, waited forever and trash cans inside running over while girls sitting down constantly to look at their cell phone
