I ordered a 10pc family fish meal from the Cahokia Heights in Illinois location. They over cooked my fish and the hush puppies were horrible. I took it back in to be fixed and the same thing. I called this morning and spoke with the most ratchet females that they hired. All lies saying I have to wait until the general manager comes. Mind you I was speaking with the assistant regional manager. So somebody tell Sharonda that the GED she has under her belt showed in today's conversation

Desired outcome: My money back and somebody needs to be fired
