Captain D's review: Customer service

I stopped at horn lake captain d’s today and the customer service was TERRIBLE. The lady Jasmine in the window it was 12:48pm when I got my order. she was rude at the speaker, rushing me to place my order and once I got to the window I asked for sauce and she didn’t respond letting me know she heard me so I nicely asked again and she said “I heard you the first time it’s in the bag” I stated well I didn’t know since you didn’t confirm you heard me I apologize and she stated “mhmm” and almost threw me my food out the window. I will never go to that captain d’s again and I feel like something should be done about her actions.
