Captain D's review: Customer Service

Went through drive-thru today, 8/20/23, at Captain D's, 415 Columbia Avenue, Lexington, SC at 13:15 and Tykera took my order. Had to repeat the order twice and then she told me the price. Had to wait in line 15 minutes and had correct amount ready when I reached the window. She then told me another amount. Gave her the correct amount and waited. She came back several minutes later and asked what I had ordered. Told her and she closed the window immediately. She gave me no opportunity to ask for sauces. She handed, rather threw the bag of food at me, out the window. Had to get her attention again to ask for tartar sauce. She definitely needs a conversation about courtesy and customer service!
