Capitec Bank review: Internet banking service

Bela-Bela Municipality is a registered beneficiary with Capitec, but I am unable to register the Municipality as a recipient. The Municipality says that everything is correct from their side, the problem is with the bank. The branch staff say they know about the problem but that there is currently no solution.

Please, if you cannot sort out this useless facility, simply scrap the facility so that I can register my own beneficiary.
