I disputed a $1380.75 transaction with capital one. The company disputed was Vacation club. I provided more than enough evidence to win this dispute. The company did not honor the contract and lied about services offered. I disputed this with Capital One and my claim was denied. I disputed it again and was given a temporary credit. Right at 60 days they took the credit back and said my claim was denied and to dispute the charge with the merchant. Capital One thinks they are slick. Since 60 days has passed they used this to try and get out of the dispute. Little do they know since the claim was filed within the contractual timeframe, they still can reverse the charge. I received absolutely no service from this merchant and Capital One which is supposed to represent me sided with the derelict company. I have filed a claim with the BBB. I will continue to fight this all the way to court. Do not use this company they are all about money and how much they can obtain. A loyal customer like me means nothing to them. They have gotten too big for their BRITCHES.

Recommendation: Do not deal with this money hungry company. They are non-responsive and care more about the merchant than you the client.
