I bought an airline ticket for a higher cost because it said I would have seat selection. When I went to select my seats, the airline was charging me for seat selection. When I talked with capital one travel reps they all told me something different. One offered $100 for compensation, one offered $50, and a supervisor told me sorry there was nothing he could do because it was subject to the airline. I will not be using C.O. Travel any longer. It’s a shame, I’ve used them for years and have booked so many trips with them, including airfare and hotels. Their service is not worth the stress. Selling things under false pretense is not ok. Deceiving company.

Claimed loss: $250

Desired outcome: $250 travel credit. The price of the exact same travel itinerary ticket was about $250 less and did not offer seat selection. This same flight is still offered at a higher rate TODAY promising seat selection.(see photos for proof)
