I applied and approved for a capital one credit card with stipulation, if I spend $500 in the first three months, I will recieve $300 cash reward. I spend the $500 as stipulated in their application and after three months, I called they rejected the offer and they said there is no such offer on my card. I even had the letter that came on the mail as a proof but they rejected it. The same thing happened to my sister. This company is fraud and they try just to get you in. Run and do not apply for their card. I applied for CITI cash card and they honored their contract. I am student and was counting on this money.

Claimed loss: $300

Desired outcome: Capital one would honor their commitment.
