I purchased and financed a 2008 mustang on 12/1/2008 today is 6/19/2026 this loan has been paid off for around 20 years Capital one
has not released the lien and has never sent my title to me. Every day I do not have the title is costing me money I can't sell the car or give it away without a title have to pay insurance on this vehicle that I am not using or the state will take my license. you can't get anyone on the phone because after all these years they can't find my account this is just ridiculous that I will have to spend more money to hire a lawyer to get a title.

Desired outcome: I want my title \Federal expressed to me asap
