I RECENTLY TRIED TO ACTIVATE MY "PAYMENT PROTECTION PLAN" BENEFITS PROVIDED BY STONEBRIDGE BENEFITS SERVICES THAT I PURCHASED FROM CAPITAL ONE AUTO FINANCE. I WAS DIRECTED BY CAPITAL ONE AUTO FINANCE TO GO TO THE STONEBRIDGE BENEFIT SERVICE'S WEB-SITE TO ACTIVATE MY CLAIM. I WAS UNABLE TO REGISTER AND ACTIVATE MY "PAYMENT PROTECTION PLAN" BECAUSE ACCORDING TO STONEBRIDGE BENEFITS SERVICES, MY ACCOUNT IS INVALID AND I DO NOT EXIST.
