Mirror / vectra new system poor customer service
I would strongly recommend that anyone considering Canfield Mirror and Vectra 3-D imaging system, reconsider in favor of some of the other systems out there due to poor customer service. I have just purchased an expensive (Approximately $20, 000) upgrade of this system, and the company refuses to assist with any type of recommendations for hardware and software to ensure secure backups. I am well aware that this is something we can do ourselves, however we have had major problems with a previous backup strategy for this system which was set up by our IT service. For some reason the company digs their heals in on this and refuses to make any clear recommendations. I have had the Mirror system for 20 years, and interestingly, before Canfield owned the system, Mirror actually provided a tape backup system as a component of the whole system. Take my advice and move to one of the newer systems such as Chrysalix, as I will do when the time comes in a few years.

Lost my money with them
I bought equipment from the website www.canfieldsci.com. The prices were high, and the seller delivered it on time, but the equipment broke after several days. I contacted the seller several times, but he only promised to repair it. Also he didn’t respond to all my phone calls and messages. I wanted to return the equipment and asked for refund, but the seller stopped to reply. Please, if someone here had the same experience, can you help to return money back?
