Canadian Tire review: Vehicle service departmet

I bought and had installed 4 new tires in june 2024
in late oct went to the north bay store to have the tires rotated and was told they wer booking for service after nov 15th and suggested uf i was in a hurry rhat i could have that done on sat or sunday on a first come first served basis and that the store opended at 8 am on sat and 9 am on sunday and that the service department opened half hour earlier
on suday nov 2nd/2025 i arrive at 8'30 and was 4th in line
the srvice person took my booking at 9;15
at 11:15 i was told it would be at least another couple hours before they could get around to my vejicle
as there was 6 other people ahead of me
and i would have to be patient
it is difficult for me to understand how there could be 6 people ahead of me as i was 4th in line
i asked for my keys back as i had another place to go to
to conclude there is a sign at the conter about respect
i`ve been a long time customer and would appreciate some kind of respect from your service depatment and an apology ... Your store is not the only tire source in north bay
