July 12 2023 I purchased a forrester Motor home from dealership in Jackson, Ms. I traded in a forrest river motor home, that was financed thru US BANK. I have contacted US Bank numerous times since then and as of today they do not acknowledge that a pay off has been made. In addition another payment has been made to us bank thru auto pay from my bank. I have contacted camping world several times and my case has been assigned a case number. [protected]. However to-date camping world has not resolved this issue and I am still being billed by US BANK. Please get this resolved.

Desired outcome: Pay off status and refund of additional payment sent to YS BANK.
