Just want to officially complain your staff due to following reasons:
Please help me to provide where I could lodge my complain and someone to talk to.
Am reaching our Mr Raffy Tulfo just now via FB as no am hopeless, stress and traumatized
They are irreponsible, no one cares, slow action, poor response, misinformed and providing falsehope.

1) Nagsubmit ako ng request for electricity last 07 Feb cited to check ng docs if OK. They replied by providing necessary docs. After a week no response. Tried to make long distance to call, everday i did the follow-up, need pa daw ng clearance from them. SOmeone from admin told me that it was rejected as SPA needs authenticated by Consul here abroad.

2) Checked the Meralco site and Consularized SPA is not required, only the representative. They wasting my almost 15 days because they dont know or they didnt process my request.
3) Asked my brother to come personally and applied as my behalf and simly just scanned SPA with my signature and email will do.
4) Pumunta kapatid ko, 20 Feb (halus lagi nandunsa camella kc even ang problema sa water na mga leak, flus- inabut ng 1 month bago maayus), to get other required docs from Camella but as per Engr JL's advise, sila na daw ang magaaplay. Nagtiwala kami
5) I spoke to Engr last 23 Feb what happened on my past application and lot of provided a lot of nonsense reason, only just hold my temper and just to move ON! as per telcon, no problem, naipasa na. Wait na lang balikan ng Meralco for the assessmtnet and 6k (which am OK as what i've read from Meralco site.

6) Again! Kanina inadvisan nya ang kuya ko - 28 Feb na nagemail daw at yung passport ko daw na copy (ID) nya ay expired --meaning pending gawa ng docs? Of corz, yes! kailan ko pa record yang passport na yan, nung bibili pala lang ako ng unit and only 27 FEB!!! saka lang sasahin sa akin????

MamSir hindi lang ito, walang kwenta tla mga tao nyo. Gusto ko ipa shoulder ang pagtawag ko sa long distance kc wala akong tawag from them or msg or anything since sira email nyo for 2 weeks??? But i heard nakakapunta ang staff sa Lipa Branch?

NAtratrauam at nakakstress. Marinig k olang pangalan ng CAMELLA, na highiblood na ako at nagagalit. Yan epekto sa akin! Seryoso ako kc due this, nahighblood at nagpdala na ako sa doctor.

MAM, ayaw k ona tumira subd nyo! Gusto ko na ibalik sa inyu at mapabalik lahat ng binayd ko poati interest at kayu na bahala sa bank!

Ipapastop ko na yung electricity, HOLD water, everyhting1
Ayaw ko na tumira sa CAmella SUBD, natatrauma ako!!!

Also, i asked saan ako pwede magcomplain..they just give the VISTA site wherein the reference or customer no info are required, thus, I cant proceed to submit my msg.



Not sure yet if they keot ther promie else buy back will do
