We were driving on the Interstate when a rock chip occurred. By the time we got home and remembered to call in the claim, the rock chip was now a crack on the windshield. Caltex refused to honor the claim. We would have to have pull over take a picture immediately before the chip spread into a crack. This would have been the last thing I would be thinking of on the Interstate. This company is unreasonable and not customer friendly. I also called our dealership, Clear Lake Lexus in Texas to complain, they could care less. Kept on telling me I signed the contract. True, I signed the contract, but it is unreasonable for me to stop and take pictures while on the road.

Recommendation: Do not buy this during your financing. Stay away from dealership that would support this company.
