I was at this station to top up my petrol, walk over to the counter with cash n my IC in one hand and the other holding my phone with the caltex app on.
Approach the window and told d casher "Pam 2 Lima Puluh" and showed her my app qr for points scanning. The next moment, hell breaks loose. She shouted at me, "POINT NANTI, PAM MANA?!"
I told her again "Pam 2" and before I can say Lima Puluh, She shouted again "BERAPA?!"

then I had to raise my voice LIMA PULUH, while I put my IC and 50 ringgit on the counter access hole, she again shouted "IC MANA, Xde IC MANA BOLEH PAM!"

I had to shout at her again TENGOK LAAAA

after the process I did not even show her my phone as I am so frustrated with that she throw my IC and receipt in the access hole...

Its the worst kind of service I received being a driver for so many years...
