I was on hold or talking to agents for almost 3 HOURS this morning and they still have not been able to put my account on seasonal hold. I’m supposed to be getting a call back now to accomplish it but this is ridiculous. It should be a straightforward process and every tech should be able to do it! It takes a long time every year, but this has been the longest. If I had an option for another company, I certainly would take it.
Recommendation: Do not go with Optimum if you have a choice!
