Was on the phone 2 days ago for a better deal. Been with them forever. Bill went up again and Pat in some other country promised me $20 for 12 months with no changes to Cable, DVR and INTERNET plan. 1 day ago Showtime and 3 DVRs shut off. Called today and they said Pat lied to me and they were in retention out of country and could not do anything but give me a more horrible deal than the $ I had prior to talking to Pat. Could not get me anyone in USA and said I would have to call back. I chatted with Abigail and she was useless.
What is up with this company - so ready to cancel and get HULU Live or another service. They are the worst.

Recommendation: DO NOT GET OPTIMUM
