Had two mobile lines for three years with nothing but problems, dropped calls, missed text messages, poor internet connection even when connected to home Wi-Fi and no solutions from customer service wish we could have cancelled sooner but we got a supposed bundle deal. Switched back to consumer cellular but to pour salt in the wound it took almost three hours of waiting and arguing with optimum customer service to get a transfer pin# out of them NEVER AGAIN probably will cancel the rest of the bundle (cable, Wi-Fi and landline) because of poor customer service.
