I write virtually ZERO bad reviews. I have been an OPTIMUM CUSTOMER for 8 years. I have spent Weeks of my life FIXING THEIR PROBLEMS-They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVERY TIME I CALL THEM I know I will be on the phone for a MINIMUM of 1 1/2 to 3 hours being passed All over the globe, supervisors etc. with people that barely speak English with ALL being trained to up my price. If I had another option I would go screaming to them. There is a VALID REASON why their stock has gone from $35 to $1
