Had called optimum to get my service fix to where I can get into my email. Did get it to work. Next day had the same problem and he tried to help me but unable to get it to work. Anyway, the next day I notice I was charged for mobile, called to find out what is going on. Told him I do NOT WANT a cell phone because I have one. The problem I had trying to get into my email was not solve and he said I had to go to the store. I do not like to go to another town or I should say City. Received the cell phone in the mail so I took it to the store. He works with me getting to where I can get into my email but the cell phone, I had to return it by Fed Ex. Long story short, I returned the cell phone few days later check into my account I was charged for service on cell phone. I did not want the phone and did not active it. Called optimum mobile and she said it's nonrefundable, then I got upset. I DID NOT ask for cell phone and DID NOT active the phone and they are charging me for service. That when I got mad, told him I want a refund on the service plus cell phone. Then he had the gall to say I can put the fund into mobile after I told him I did not want the service and wanted my money back. They don't care as long they have the money and had no intention to refund the mobile service. Hope they refund the money on cell phone. They are sorriest company.
