I've been paying 2gb for a year with many restarts and numerous calls to optimum due to lack of connection. I then had a technician come to my home to then tell me that the problem is that Optimum installed the wrong modem/router which is the root of my issue. Now 4 days later I have NO INTERNET. My kids are freaking out. No way to do Homework, School Work and College Work. This is unacceptable. Then I called Optimum and they offer $20.83 compensation for a year of headaches. They are HORRIBLE. They basically steal money from their customers and consumers. I'm tired of always being used and always needing to be the understanding customer. When are they going to fix their mistakes. When are they going to take responsibilities for the frustration and lack of.
Recommendation: If you can get something else go for it.
