Optimum – Don't buy a samsung android phone

Year and a half old and have had issues from day one. Lost color! Then it was giving me negatives! Called Samsung and was told I would have to send them my phone and wait for it to be returned. Who can be without their phone for 2 or more weeks? Now out of warranty and volume turns off by itself! Spent 30 minutes on the phone today with Samsung support and Juan was unable to resolve my issue. Called a repair company and they think I need a new mother board which means a new phone! Also, how can a cell phone carrier not have a phone in their store that I can just speak with someone?
