Oil change and tire rotation
I have used the services of Tire Choice, Store #1274 MV91350 for the past four to five years for oil changes and tire rotation for my previous Mazda-Protégé and for my new 2019 Hyundai Sonata.
I have trusted the "friendliness" of the personnel for all these years.
On Wednesday 10/20/2021 I made an appointment with manager James Johnson for 4:30 PM slot for an oil change and tire rotation.
I noticed that my car dashboard showed one specific tire (rear, passenger side) with 1 PSI less than the other three tires. I said to myself: "It will be inflated to the corrected air pressure, once I take my car for an oil change."
Manager Jim was reminded that a tire rotation was needed. I didn't stay in the waiting room. When I came back to the shop to pick up my car, Tony and Alex corroborated that all the job was completed.
When I left the shop, and I drove a few minutes, I noticed on my car's dashboard that the same exact tire with the lowest PSI of 29 air pressure was still in the very same position that it was before. Tire Choice never did a tire rotation!
I wonder if they do this on purpose to charge you for an expensive alignment on a next visit.
When I got home, I was very upset. I felt betrayed, robbed and extremely disappointed.
I decided to open my car's hood to check the oil, and to my surprise the oil was still dirty.
To make things worse, the fluid container was completely empty. The shop did not do any job at all on my new car, but they still charged me as a full service.
I also clearly noticed oily and black fingerprints over my white car over the back door/passenger side and on the trunk door.
It was evident that Tire Choice's personnel were more concerned about checking for any valuable items inside my car, but they were very negligent in not completing their job for which they charged me.
If this shop has charged me for several years for jobs I trusted that will be done. I don't trust them anymore.
I wonder how many more loyal customers that praise manager Jim as a friendly and caring person are being ripped off on a daily basis.
Tire Choice's corrupted, dishonest, illegal and unethical business practices need to be exposed.
I have filed a formal complaint with headquarters in New York and reported to Better Business Bureau
Desired outcome: Media should get involve to denounce and expose Tire Choice’s illegal business practices
Time The Car Got Fix
I Take Two Cars To The Service Center At 7:00 am, One is a Honda Accord, Life Time Warranty Aliment and Other One For Honda Civic, For Chage The Oil, Aliment, Balance and Rotation tires.
I Tell them I Need The Honda Accord First; They Give Me Honda Civic First.
But The Honda Accord The Last Car Before Close. That Not Fair.
Because I Have Life Time Warranty there fix the other peoples car first becuase they are paying cause they dont have the life time warranty

Awful company
I took my car to this Tire Choice location for new tires and an alignment. When I drove it in there was absolutely no exhaust noise, but when I picked it up there was a noticeable roar. As soon as I arrived home I called the store and reported the problem to Tim as I did not want any time to pass and have it look like it was my fault.
He said 'Bring it back and we'll look at it.' I don't know why he suggested that because all they did was tell me how it couldn't be their fault. They 'don't go anywhere near that area' and that the gasket where the exhaust pipe meets the manifold was broken. I suggested that the mechanic could have bumped against the pipe causing the gasket to break. They were quick to point out that it's an older model car like that makes it OK.
After an email to their corporate office I got another call from someone else at the store; not the corporate people, and received the same story again. Now I guess they consider the matter closed and I will have to get it repaired at my own expense. If I have someone else's property in my possession and something happens to it, no matter what the circumstances I take responsibility rather than make excuses.
If you live in this area you have plenty of options for tires. Make a different Tire Choice. I sure will!

I used to go thete anytime and got my tires replaced when needed. Now you have to leave a deposit and it could take up to two days to get your tire size. Mine is pretty standard, and don't understand why.
Because, most tires have restocking fees if you dont return for the tires. Try to special order anything without a deposit. Why would you write a bad review about this when the business is protecting themselves from someone costing them money. Customers order tires all the time and never return. That can cost a company $100,000 a year in restocking fees if you never return. I guess companies protecting its assets is worth a complaint? You just proved why they would want a deposit.
They tried to sell me new front struts that did not need replacing at more than $700.00. I toook my car to the dealer as was told they were running a scam.
Totally agree! They are recently responsible for ruining a 2003 Honda engine by overfilling the oil by at least 1 or more quart. They have denied all fault!

BUT INSTEAD THEY PUT ON COOPER HT PLUS 275/60/R20 AND I TOLD THEM THAT THEY HAD THE WRONG ON MY TRUCK BUT THE SALE WHO WAS IN CHARGE TO ME NOTHING HE CAN DO BECAUSE JAMES WAS GOING HOME FOR TO DAY ANDAFTER I WAITED 5 HOURS FOR MY TRUCK THEN HE TOLD ME THESE ARE NOT THE RIGHT TIRE FOR YOUR TRUCK AFTER HE USED FIRE AND GAS TO PUT THEM ON MY RIMS
AND I DO HAVE PICTURE OF THAT EVENT
I WILL BE CALL MY LAW TOMORROW BECAUSE MY WIFE DRIVER THIS TRUCK TO WORK WITH A THREE OLD ON BROAD
Worst companyyou can deal with - they tried to rip me off saying my airconditioner compressor was gone, and car could not be driven with a/c on. They scared me into renting a car since I had a business trip scheduled, wasted 2 hours of my time. They are deceptive, dishonest and greedy. The particular store I am referring to is on Colonial Blvd in Ft. Myers, near I-75

Where does it say "Full Service"? Where does it say "top off all fluids"? Not all oil changes are "Full Service".
