Burlington Coat Factory Direct review: Security member

Good afternoon,
I would like to make a formal complaint about an interaction; I had with one of your security members at the Fulton Street location downtown Brooklyn. It was when the store was closing around 9pm on Tuesday 05/20/2025. There was a misunderstanding on my part as far as when the store closes. I search on google and was told the store would be open until 10 pm. However, I guess it was not that Brooklyn location. Your security was very rude and hostile. He went back and forth from the store to argue with me just because I said I thought the store was open until 10. He went so far as to tell me to meet outside when he gets off. I left the building feeling afraid and no longer want to go back in that store. I am a grandmother of three and I have three adult sons, and they would never invite a woman of any age to fight. As a result, I will no longer shop in your stores.
