My husband bought a car seat for my son and a was huge and heavy I called the store earlier I told them that I am trying to return the car seat to and get another one and the lady I spoke with on the phone she said ok I took the car seat to the store and the manager comes and says sorry we can't return used items I just opened the box not even used it once so mad I have a flight tomorrow now I have to go without car seat so upset right now bad service never gonna shop here again
