Great products and prices. Employees are wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful. The entry system is an abomination! However, the greeters are warm and welcoming. I want to shop not listen to how this is Burlington's initiative to prevent theft. Listening to a scripted dialogue by employee's dressed in faux military type vests stating this will enhance my shopping experience. It doesn't! We all comprehend that theft deterrents are needed. As, a long time devoted customer I feel you need to change how you engage with customers. I would be happy to have and engaging, informative person greet me. Than to feel like upon entry I am a person to engage in criminal behavior. It insults my intelligence. I am feeling that I am either a child being reprimanded for bad pre determined behavior or a chronically engaged in theft related activities. Non, of which are true. Certainly not true of the majority of people that shop at your store. Of course, there are many areas where your stores are located subjected to higher criminal activity that need constant attention. As consumers we get it! Find a better solution as I am tired of being made to feel like I am living in a militant state where my freedom's are on a daily basis being removed.
