Burger King poor food handling! store 12033

I ordered a to go order from store 12033 located at 1670 Eastchase Prky Fort Worth, Tx 76120 and witnessed two employees making burgers side by side; the male wore plastic gloves while the female did not wear any. The female was making two burgers simultaneously. I began video taping her after I saw her grab two hand fulls of lettuce and place it on the burgers. I then noticed she was picking up all the parts of the burger with bare hands. I then witnessed the female employee pull apart two pieces of cheese with her bare fingers. This is unacceptable! I watched to see which burger was placed in my bag and it was the burger the male employee made who was wearing gloves. The burgers the female made went to the drive through order. This concerns me that an employee feels it is a choice to handle people's food as she pleases. I truly believe there are proper food handling instructions in place that she is "choosing" not to abide by. I have not posted this video on social media to alert other customers but have chosen to alert Burger King headquarters hoping that this issue is not a common practice among its employees. This is the type of behavior that I take personally and tend to avoid businesses who do not hold their employees responsible for their behavior. I hope you are able to resolve this poor food handling practice at this store specifically as I really like Burger King's food and do not wish to have to discontinue my business nor share my experience publicly.

Burger King whopper

I did the survey for a free whopper and returned to store #[protected] E Ocotillo Rd Chandler, AZ 85249 {[protected]}. I had to purchase a small frie & coke. Order was placed at 10:04am and it took till 10:15am to receive my order.

Cashier had to keep asking about my order {#35 take out}... Poor customer serv ice for this Vietnam Combat Veteran...

Burger King refund of my money

I have ordered burger from burger King aap.. And payment was also done of ₹117 on 6 may 2019.. After sometime I received a message that my order has been canceled.. And then outlet manager called me and told that my money will be refunded.. But till now I have not received my money... Please refund it as soon as possible. I have attached photos of bill detail and order detail.. Please see to it.

Burger King their problem with their frozen coke machine

Almost every time I go to the Burger King 4330 N. Harlem, in Norridge Illinois, to order a frozen Coke I might as will be ordering a unicorn!
It's never seen!
Many many many more times than not I'm told machine is down.
Then just get rid of it.. why pretend to have something you don't especially during the summer when many people would love to have a refreshing drink like a frozen Coke!
Either find a company that knows how to permanently fix this McHenry, but a New one or Remove it for good!

Burger King crispy chicken

Broke and shattered my lower back tooth store

I went to the lyell ave burger king store #1924
I ordered a mixmatch crispy chicken and whopper
Order number 192. I was hungry and I took a bite of the crispy chicken and as I started to chew I heard and felt my tooth crack I sit out the food I was trying to chew on felt in the back of my mouth using my tongue and felt irritated when I started trying to move my tooth around with my tongue so I went to brush my teeth to get the shattered pieces out some pieces came out now I need to get an emergency dental appointment to get the roots removed asap can someone please contact me concerning this matter please and thank you

Burger King food and manager

On 5/12/2019 at 3:31 PM I received my order of a Double Bacon Cheeseburger and small fries! I was in the drive through and continued on my way onto HWY 43. Opening my burger I noticed a hard surface on the bottom and found that the bun was hard, crumbling and inedible. Next, my fries were undercooked and limp! They were also VERY oversalted! I was too far to return and did not have time! I called later that night when I was home at 8:50 PM. I asked to talk with the manager and was passed on the phone to a woman who claimed to be the manager. I asked for her name, for this exact reason - filing a complaint, if necessary! She refused to give me her name, even after I told her about the poor quality of food that I had received! She said, "I was not on duty then!"
I would not have complained to you if she would have settled the matter right then. Instead, she escalated the problem! This is the third time that I have had poor quality food from this same BK location! One time I received refried fries that were hard and tasteless. Next time I received a Whopper Jr. that had a stale bun and was cold. The third time I again received a cold Whopper Jr.
I do not understand the problems with this location - never had any problems at other BK's! And I surely never was treated so rudely by a restaurant manager in my life!
VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED!

Burger King paper that burger king put up

Burger king store 9823 is out of date. The ceiling is leaking in 2 places, the floor is unlevel, the urinal hasn't worked since at least September, the managers have emoloyees text or call other employees regarding schedule changes etc. Many people won't even go there. There is no light in the playroom. The employee's are treated terribly if they aren't management's favorite. It needs work and no one seems to care.

Burger King regarding outlet manager

Dear Burger King

I am regular customer of Burger King and stay in Noida Near Delhi- India.

Last Wednesday I had visited your one of the Outlet in Sector 29, Bitonical Garden Noida - India. That experience was horrified.

Waited a long and when my Terms comes for the Order the Outlet Manager Anand had just shut the Counter on My Face, also we made him request by he was not listening anything.

I had just said that you are spoiling the name of the Nice brand but he said You do whatever you wants to do. Even he comes out when I shouted and scream

I was shocked to see that burger king guys can be behave like this.

My Only concern is please just terminate or throught that type of employee from you system, otherwise you will be loosing your credibility and plz make them learn that how to behave, talk and above all mannerism.

Please look into it.

Your response will guide me that whether I have to to enter in Burger King next time or not?

Burger King store not open at 7:30 am, est

I went to store before my work time and two kids on bikes sitting outside the restaurant waiting for the manager to get there and let them in so they could start to work and its 7:30am this morning 5/10/19. The store is suppose to be open for business at 6:00am. This has happened 3 other times, sara was the manager and she kept oversleeping. She is no longer there yet it still goes on. I had to stop traffic at the drive thru and alert people no one was there so they didn't sit there waiting to be greeted. I also went by there after a baseball game at 9pm on may 2, 2019 and someone was in the drive thru telling people they were short staffed and wasn't servicing anyone. This is beyond ridicules.

I want to make sure these two boys that were there - dedicated employees getting to work on a bike get paid for their wasted time sitting there in the parking lot. They took video to prove they were there and I took a picture of them as well to have proof.

I want someone to call me back and someone to get to the bottom of this store situation. I want to be compensated for the return service I try to give and obviously do not get back in return.

It should be very easy to see when this is occurring by the alarm report you would get when they open the doors in the morning and have to turn off the alarm. Adt or whoever you have could get this for you easily.

I am a service manager for a large company for the past 11 years.
Thank you for your time to this very upsetting situation.

Burger King phuket patong

We would like to buy our meal at 22:45 on 6th May 2019. When I tried to go in the store and one of Burger King staff showed us the time that the restaurant already closed but that was 22:50, and the time schedule showed the restaurant should be closed at midnight. After I observed they already cleared up the restaurant and seen the restaurant ready to close at 23:00 but how come the time schedule showed the restaurant closed at midnight? Totally unacceptable, please follow and feedback, thank you.

Stopped in at Burger King on Mullan Avenue in Post Falls Idaho on a whim to order dinner for my children, husband, and I when the person at the window whose name is Rebecca informed me in a very snotty voice. The next time I plan to order that much food I need to call in advance. Why when I've seen school buses full of kids pull in on game nights?

Burger King impossible burger

I'm so disgusted to hear that Burger King is making a burger to please the Islamic people, who are not American. If Islamic people want to live in America, then I suggest they adapt to American ways, if they cannot, then they should go back to their country.
I will no longer purchase anything from Burger King until they get rid of Halal food.
Burger is now turned into the Camel burger of America.

Pembelian burger secara drivethrough di Burger King rest area km 38, Bogor 1671. Burger yang dibeli adalah TC Steakhouse BBQ ML Large setelah dibuka bungkusan burger tidak sesuai gambar brosur hanya burger ayam crispy di beri selada saja tanpa keju, tomat & mayonaise. Burger King manager/customer service

On Tuesday May 7th at approximately 8:50 pm I had a unfortunate encounter with a manager at my local store (burger king store #5739. Im taking this time to report this because its a ongoing thing at this location. Im a regular customer and came in this evening and ordered my usual meal, However last 2 times ive came my order was poorly put together and also cold. This time I asked to speak to the manager to just mention the issue and see if I could maybe get my cheese comped out of good faith... Emily the manager was called from the back came up with an obvious attitude that she had to get up out her chair in the office and asked me if I called, I let her know calling about the order doesnt always workout because the phone will be busy and ppl simply dont answer. She told me in a round about way she doesnt care at all and nothing needs to be done. Just rude and short and walked away... this isnt the first tome with her and I do not like doing this type of thing but its Rediculous, Im a Regular customer and feel as if my business should be appreciated. Its not the fact she didnt give me the free cheese, Its the principal. At no point in time did she even try to apologize it was deal with it and back to her office to her phone. I don't want anything free, but at the same time I or my family will no longer go there in the evening, Mcdonals is directly across the street. Sad I had to take 20mins out of my night to even write this. Hopefully someone can let her and her workers Know Politeness and Courtesy is FREE and goes along way.

Burger King product not prepared correctly

I went to the Burger King in Hartselle, Alabama and ordered a whopper at the drive-thru. When I got back home and opened the package, the whopper was dressed only in tons of mayonnaise, lettuce, pickles and onion. There were tomatoes and no ketchup. Since the whopper is what I would consider a "standard" product for Burger King, I can't imagine how or why this would have happened. Also, because it is a "standard" product, a customer who simply orders a Whopper would expect that it would have all of the condiments on it unless the customer specifically asked that some be left off. I did not ask for any condiment to be excluded. Since this is the only Burger King in my small hometown, I visit there frequently. However, now I will either have to continue going and literally open up my order and check it before I leave the window or not go to Burger King at all. I paid for a product that I did not receive. I couldn't eat it as prepared and I threw it away.

Burger King offensive words

I ordered a sandwich at the stevensville, michigan location at 4:45pm on 5/6/19 and upon recieving my order, I opened the wrapper to see "[censored] you tatiana" written in black grease pen on the inside of my sandwich wrapper. When I handed it to the manager, he took it and walked in back and said nothing. No apology, nothing.

I will not be returning to this, or any other burger king location unless this is addressed. I find it offensive and frankly I question the quality of the food that comes from a location where this behavior occurs.

Burger King management at a restaurant

Hello, folks,

On Saturday night, May 4, 2019, we encountered an unfortunate series of experiences at the Burger King restaurant located at 3747 Rosecrans Street, San Diego CA 92110.
1. Above the drive-in menu were two signs telling us to enjoy a frozen strawberry lemonade. That sounded very good. But when we attempted to order that in addition to the two Whopper Juniors, the person at the other end of the speaker sullenly told us that they didn't have any Strawberry Lemonade. We ordered regular lemonade instead.
2. The price computation on the screen showed two Whopper Juniors and the Lemonade for a little over $5.00. But when we got up to the window, the clerk told us that the amount was around $7.50. I asked about the disparity and was informed that there were other cars in line, so I must have read the screen wrong.
3. The lemonade received was primarily sugar water with very little lemon flavoring.
4. The Whopper Junior sandwiches had lots of mayonnaise which masked any flavor of the meat.
5. The attitude of the clerk was not the best. He offered no realistic explanation and displayed a sullen demeanor.
By contrast, I went to a Jack-in-the-box today, got exactly what I ordered from a smiling clerk, and was totally satisfied.
This speaks of very poor management at that Burger King, and we won't be going back to it. Since that restaurant is a block away from a psychiatric facility, it makes us wonder if that's the source of your employees.
