Burger King shift manager at duncan oklahoma location

On June 22 2019 at 2pm I went through the drive thru at the Burger King in Duncan Oklahoma. Ordered my food and when given my food checked it and noticed it was short a French fry. So I told the guy working the window. He told me to pull to side and he would bring them to me. I did this then they helped four more customers in the drive thru. So I went to the door to ask about my fries and the guy I asked about them held his hand up and said you'll get your damn fries. I said let me talk to your manager and he said he was the manager. I was so pissed I left without what I paid for and will never enter that Burger King again.

Burger King Find another place for burgers

I have been to the Burger King at 2021 Newmark Ave. In Coos Bay, Or. twice in the last month and 1/2 and was shocked both times. The first time I came through the drive-thru and was told they were backed up on orders and the manager said they weren't taking any more right then. If that wasn't bizarre enough on July 5th I went yet again through the drive thru to order a Whopper to be told they had no beef products. I enjoy your food but guess I will find another place for burgers. I've been stung twice now in a short period of time.

Burger King app

Your app sucks it locks up my phone is won't allow me to back out of it I had to restart my phone it used to be so easy, why is it a pita now what garbage, won't waste my time in your stores and the app is deleted, what crap! Burger King always crappy

Done. I'm flipping done with your crappy never right [censored] food. Always [censored] service with rude people and the food is garbage. Have you clowns ever looked at just how pathetic the beef patty's are?! Just crap and I'm done wasting money at your trash so called burgers, more like a scab that was picked off and served. Right down to the soda that is served. It has been over 2 years until just tonight I figured I would get a coke, yup, flat and tasting like crap. The order taker at the drive through asked if I wanted cheese on my whopper jr. sure, get home and that's not even on the burger...looking at the so called burger I just bit I threw it in the trash and spit out the crap in my mouth as well. Never again will I spend one god damn nickel at Burger King.

Burger King service, management, lady, spring valley ny 10977

Lady manager was arguing at me I front of my family do to surveys opinions that I submitted, said why did I do the surveys, come to her instead because corporate is telling at her and she is always short handed on employees, me and my family of 4 could not enjoy our lunches that we purchased on the 5th of july, we were very upset, could not really eat our food, no manager should ever confront a customer on any survey of opinion etc, and make a scene in front of employees, totally disrespectful, she apologized, but we are still not happy about it, been going there for 10 years, do not know if we will return there now, very angry we are, we should have a gift card or something to reimburse us because of this, not right at all, you do not talk to customers that way, [protected]@gmail.com, telephone, [protected], your lady manager needs help, vacation over there, very stressed out and taking it out on customers and employees, our address is 17 oak tree lane garnerville ny 10923, thank you for your cooperation, we love bk, spend lots of money there but this did happen unfortunately, thank you al, and kathy rutherford

Burger King receipt is unreadable

Good morning my kids and I enjoy at Burger King. Lately the store location 16481 has been having receipts then don't print correctly and is very hard to read what is on there. Its been now twice that I've ordered through the drive through and when I get home I have meals missing that I know I ordered. I try to check if maybe the cashier didn't get my order correct, but it makes it now not only difficult to read the receipt that is not printing complete letters and numbers.

Burger King fries and ranch

I asked for a large fry with no salt On the night of July fifth 2019. I was given a medium fry with A decent portion of salt that were quite stale I threw them away. I had also ordered ranch with my 10 piece nugget and did not receive any. I do not want anything for compensation I just would like you to address this problem. This happened at the Burger King in Windham Maine.

Burger King chicken sandwich and fries

I waited 10 minutes for my food to get placed in the bag and the fries to get salted and placed in the bag with the sandwich once they finally accomplished this unseasonable task I took my order to go . Once I got out to my car I found the food was so cold that I threw it out The time spent waiting to order then waiting for the order to get this was disappointing to say the least .

Burger King refund

Detriot mi burger king double charged me 60$ in total i was promised a refund of 40 $ in three days now that 3 days has passed they charged me the 40 as well food was all cold we didnt even enjoy it the only good thing we had was the soda.drive thru speaker wasnt working it took an hour to just order food i been calling the location about my refund but no answer at all.

Burger King shake/frozen drink

I went to Burger King on a very hot day and I ordered a burger, fries and a frozen Fanta. They didn't have it even though they have the signs for it. I was upset but I figured, okay, I'll get the new Twix shake instead, but when I ordered it, the machine was down. I canceled my entire order. What the hell is wrong with burger kings now a day?! Every time I come here, the shake machine is down and they don't have a product they have signs for on their menu. I will never be returning to Burger King again. You are turning into McDonald's!

Burger King the food

Your chicken nuggets taste like cardboard and I tried your tacos and they were awful...I threw them in the trash. I am not a picky eater and with the chicken, I thought maybe it was a bad day but very time I tried them they were the same...over cooked and tasteless like cardboard (like they were over-cooked in a microwave).

Went to burger king /070/3/19 around 10:15pm ordered original chicken sandwhich meal with pickles. Double whopper meal 10 pc nugget and spicy chicken sandwhich..20.00 and change. Didnt get receipt after taken money was told no fries; onion rings or tots..oinion rings and original chicken waa old and redropped in grease...without having receipt i waa very diappointed and felt wouldve been waste of time to ride all the way back...not to mention didnt get drinks

Burger King bowls

My friends and I were eating salad nearby one of your Burger King locations in Buffalo New York. There was a Burger King near by. We forgot to bring bowls. I asked if they would provide us with some empty bowls. They told me that unless I buy something that we cannot have bowls. We kept asking. I feel that we were discriminated against because I am First Nations. Luckily there was a Walmart nearby and we bought bowls from there. We should not have to. The bowls do not cost Burger King that much an the person who said no to me needs to be fired. I hope that they die soon. They are rude and ignorant and they need to die. They need go grow up. The bowl would not cost them their salary. They just said no because I am first Nations. They could have spared a few bowls. I have eaten there before and so have my friends. They need to be fired for being cheap. They need to die for being cheap.

Burger King harassing for donating a dollar in burger king, suwanee ga

This afternoon, I was on drive thru at Burger King at 1045 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Suwanee, GA 30024, and the drive thru cashier asked me a dollar donation for something (I could not hear clearly) and I said "Not today, " but she kept on insisting that I should donate a dollar because it is a July 4th weekend. I replied "Next time I will, " I often donate to charities or churches where I clearly know how they use those donations for, however I did not want to donate to Burger King today because she raised her voice and imposed me for a donation. Donating should be my choice with good intention, not compelled by a drive thru cashier even though it is just a dollar. When I pulled my car to the pick up window, she came over and started to harass me again for not donating one dollar. At this point, it was not about warm hearted donation anymore to me, it was truly an insult and coircion. She loudly repeated to me "Oh, you dont want to donate a dollar at July 4th Weekend? Ha ha ha, " There were 2 other Burger King employees next to her and she tried make fun of me because just because I did not want to donate the money. I told her that she should donate to Burger King herself instead of coercing me into donating. I told her that I do not want to be imposed for donation by you and asked her for her name. Her name is MIKA and she was site manager. She immediately started saying repeatedly that she does not care if I report complaint to Burger King. I do not understand why I have be insulted by this kind of outrageous service.

You really need to close your location in SMX (Philipsburg St. Maarten). They know nothing about the Burger King brand or the principles the Company is based on. I visited on Saturday, June 15, 2019, before a flight from the airport The employees are very rude to the customers and refuse to correct orders or to provide receipts. It hurts your brand!

Burger King your idiotic joke about the young man in portland being hit by shakes.

I understand your corporation thought that it was appropriate to make an idiotic joke about the young reporter being hit by with milk shakes by a bunch of ANTIFA scum buckets in Portland Oregon. If you think a person being hit by shakes with quick drying cement is funny, then your organization does not need my money from here on. I will not even think about purchasing food from you until there is an apology from your head quarters. People can be killed by such actions and if you support a group such as ANTIFA, you are not worth anything as human beings.

Burger King store hours

The Burger King on Hwy 153 at the intersection of I85 (Powdersville/Piedmont) seems to have no set store hours in the AM. I really love 1 of the sandwiches and if I am running later for work, I like to stop there if after 6AM. Occasionally it is open and most times it is not. It's very annoying. I would like to know what the hours for that store are supposed to be and if they are supposed to open at 6, it would be great if management would make sure it is open at that time. I don't like to complain but this has been going on for many months, maybe even years, and others I know have said to me that "they just open when they are good and ready to open". That's not a good policy and it's not good for reputation or business because money is being lost. Thanks!

Burger King cashier behave rudely

Last Saturday on 29/6/2019 i ate burger king at rnr seremban utara.my meals were RM 8.85 and i paid with RM 50.00. The cashier paid my change RM 41.00 only. He never mention about my 15 sen change. He never smile and greeting me with his annoy face. His name was amir ( I don't remember his name). He hand over my meals without my 15 sen change. He didn't show his politeness to his customers at all. Hope burger king can take action on this rude cashier.

Burger King service

Today 6/29/19 just before 7pm at your Burger King at the intersection of Souderton rd and Rt 309 in Souderton, Pennsylvania I went to purchase a whopper meal. First I had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes and the store wasn't even busy. There were about 10 employees working. They looked like they didn't know what they were doing, total confusion. A woman with the name tag Colleen came forward and told me someone would be right with me. From that point forward She tried to bring order to everyone else's confusion. A young man finally came up to the register and took my order. He was extremely rude to me and talked down to me. I said to him "I'm the customer, you don't talk like that to me", especially how long I just waited. he said go complain he don't care. I said I will to the head office and I want my money back because now I don't want their food. He started getting angry with me and Colleen stepped in and told him "Kevin go home". She came up to the register and apologized for his behavior and refunded my money as I requested. You need more people like Colleen in your company that value their customers. I took my business over to Wendy's. I am a businessman and I know how the employee is supposed to treat the customer. It will be interesting to see when I get my credit card statement if I was actually credited back my money or charged a second time since I never got a receipt from either employee pertaining to my purchase and refund.

I looked at some of the comments about peoples complaints against Burger King. allis bin dee is constantly saying negative things about anyone that has a complaint. allis, it is time for you to get a real job and stop sitting in front of a computer insulting everyone that has had a problem with Burger King. It sounds more like you work for them and are trying to insult and drive away as many people as possible. If I want a meal while out on the road I now select Wendys. Get a life allis.

Burger King mobile order

I had made a mobile order at the burguer king #17877 early today 6/28 around 5 pm but when I'm going to get it around 1045 pm they tell me they don't see my order on their register but yet on my statement on my bank account is charged for it... I talked to a cashier then he call a manager from the headset closed the window then the cashier comes back telling me that there is no manager available at the store ITS RIDICULOUS how is it that there is no manager at the store ... who's running it? Then another cashier call Hector tells me he's the second manager but he has a cashier shirt and once again no one can help me, I paid for my order i even showed them from my phone my bank being charged with the store number on it. I need my money back and I need someone to get in contact with me
