Today 6/29/19 just before 7pm at your Burger King at the intersection of Souderton rd and Rt 309 in Souderton, Pennsylvania I went to purchase a whopper meal. First I had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes and the store wasn't even busy. There were about 10 employees working. They looked like they didn't know what they were doing, total confusion. A woman with the name tag Colleen came forward and told me someone would be right with me. From that point forward She tried to bring order to everyone else's confusion. A young man finally came up to the register and took my order. He was extremely rude to me and talked down to me. I said to him "I'm the customer, you don't talk like that to me", especially how long I just waited. he said go complain he don't care. I said I will to the head office and I want my money back because now I don't want their food. He started getting angry with me and Colleen stepped in and told him "Kevin go home". She came up to the register and apologized for his behavior and refunded my money as I requested. You need more people like Colleen in your company that value their customers. I took my business over to Wendy's. I am a businessman and I know how the employee is supposed to treat the customer. It will be interesting to see when I get my credit card statement if I was actually credited back my money or charged a second time since I never got a receipt from either employee pertaining to my purchase and refund.
I looked at some of the comments about peoples complaints against Burger King. allis bin dee is constantly saying negative things about anyone that has a complaint. allis, it is time for you to get a real job and stop sitting in front of a computer insulting everyone that has had a problem with Burger King. It sounds more like you work for them and are trying to insult and drive away as many people as possible. If I want a meal while out on the road I now select Wendys. Get a life allis.
I don't believe Burger King cares if they lose customers so I will no longer be a loyal customer to you
