Burger King drive thru / night manager

Drive thru refused to accept coupon because last digit was left off then told me to wait for 10 min while there was a line of cars behind me. Then came back to tell me again she would be unable to process the coupon because I did not know the last digit. Called later on to complain and the individual who answered told me she was the person at the drive thru and the manager. She then told me there was too much static on her end and would be unable to assist me.

How hard is it for someone to process a coupon? Even if the last digit is REQUIRED, you would think they would have a copy of the monthly mailed out coupons or at least have the ability to guess numbers 1-9...

Burger King food and customer service

we waited for about 15 minutes until the front desk girl asked if we were still waiting on an order and then she said ours got deleted when we received our food or food was very cold and the front desk girl turn around to the cooks in the back stating that we need the food quick because she's yelling referencing my friend . We were not compensated anything . Bathrooms were also very gross there was just no manners whatsoever no personality and the food was disgusting and there was no apology for the wait or our food being cold just more hasty of a worker

Burger King Rude and so unprofessional service

Went through the drive through with a coupon and the women at the window answered with a "sigh" and her exact words were " really at this time..ugh Ok go ahead with your order" I asked for for no ketchup and she got upset that she had to start the order completely over. She had a tag stating she was the assistant manager her name was Dawn. She was so rude and so unprofessional. Then we got to the window and she was upset that we asked for no ketchup and said it to our face. Absolutely ridiculous service. This location has been going down hill for months but this will be the last visit for us.

Burger King burger king #17582; store id 4debkg01

We stopped at that rest area to grab a bite. I ordered a croissandwich sausage and egg without cheese with medium hash brown Order number 360 at 7:59 a.m.; while on the road, I opened the sandwich to discover a cheese croissandwich was given to me. I really hate to do that type of complaint; however it's just the fact that the amount of money I was charged for something that I didn't want was really annoying. A unhappy customer!

Burger King being closed

I'm so hungry and it's closed right now! How am I supposed to enjoy some delicious Burger King food such as the whopper. I have coupons that were ripe for the use, and I wanted more than anything to use them - I'm literally just trying to support capitalism right now. That's all I want. Please, let me spend my money, as that's all I want to do right now.

Burger King lack of hot fries and disgusting service

I ordered a crispy chicken meal at around 8:10 pm and was served cold fries. I requested hot fries and was given fries from the same cold batch a couple minutes later. And was told they just dropped them the cashier snatched the fries clean off the counter I told her I don't want the whole meal and to give me my money back. Terrible customer service serving cold fries. While sitting here writing my complaint another customer said there's were cold also. I guess your store really don't care

Burger King unprofessional and poor attitude towards customer

This morning, Friday, October 4, 2019 at 10:03 am, as I do every morning, I stopped by Burger King to buy my coffee, 4 sugars, 4 creams, and my cheese croissant. As usual, I always take a sip of the coffee and I noticed that there was no sugar neither cream in it. So I stay on the drive-through window until the girl who was attending the drive-through came back. I explained to her about the missing cream and sugar in the coffee, she said she was giving me the products for me to fix the coffee. I told her that the cup was filled up to the top and by adding the cream and sugar I will spill the coffee all over me and inside the car. So, instead of taking back the coffee and put it into the trash and give me a new cup with what I asked for she asked me to pour half of the coffee into the ground and the other girl came and gave me the sugar and cream. I am sure this is not the way these girls were trained to do. This is a lack of respect for the customer and shows that both girls did not follow Burger King's policies on behalf of the customer. This Burger King is full of teenagers that are no interested in rendering good service to customers, and it looks that the morning shift manager allows them to do everything they want including taking their sweet time to assist customers with their orders. I have no idea is this Burger King is a franchise or is a corporate managed facility, however, it does not matter, either way, your employees are unrespectful, have no consideration towards customers, and their lack of customer service skills are outstanding. This is how a business once very profitable turns to be a disaster, and it's employees' attitude and lack of customer service skills will sooner or later affect the profits of the company.
It is a shame due that the location of this Burger King is excellent as well as their menu, however, big and profitable businesses have fallen from higher, so be careful and before any disaster knock on your doors, take the bull by the horns and not by the tail, and take care fo this matter for your own good.

Burger King breakfast drive through

I went through your drive-through add approximately 930 this morning October 4th 2019. I said in your driveway of your restaurant of your drive-through for more than 30 minutes total. And then when I got my food it was cold. This establishment is always slow but this was ridiculous. You either need to get more help or retrain. People are in a hurry and can't usually afford to set the drive-through for half an hour.

I would like to make and complaint on Olivia Cole.She is and employee that really shouldn't be in your building at all she had very nasty attitude and a very smart mouth against the customers and the employees I feel that she is a threat to the customers and employees who really shouldn't be in this type of workplace. She needs and attitude adjustment cause she is very snobbish with customers and employees.

Burger King not what I ordered. not answering phone, no survey code to complain

I just ordered through drive thru and of course I checked to make sure all items were accounted for yet I didnt open it to see what was on the sandwiches. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and on receipt it clearly stated and I paid for a bacon cheeseburger. So I try calling for 40min no answer and then decide to do the survey yet no survey code so I cant that either.

This is ridiculous. So if we hold up the line from now on to open every single sandwich you all can not complain as a company nor ask me to move to the side while my food is getting prepared.

Burger King cleanliness

At 2:44 pm I ordered food. I sat down and looked around the tables wet not wiped down trash wasn't takes a tray with wrappers were stacked on top of the trash can, napkins were out, trash on the floor. At 3:12 a jentleman came out and half [censored] cleaned picked up counters and Sweaper the big stuff off the ground. His relief came in and he just left time is 15:15 and he just left. Counters are still unwiped no one is in the restraint at this time it has been raining for several hours so this mess is from lunch. Not sure what is going on with this restaurant but the service and appearance isn't what it used to be. Jentleman just returned not sure what kind of BS is going on here but I hope someone will stop it. Or contact me and say it's a private owned and there isn't anything anyone can do so I can tell people that this place is crap and they don't care instead of defending this place.

Burger King drive thru service

Waited 15 minutes to get my order (breakfast sandwiches, no special changes)
Did not receive a receipt. I know from an employee that management tells staff not to provide a receipt if service is slow, to make it harder for customers to file a complaint. Returned to get a receipt and it took another ten minutes.

Service at this location is inexcusably slow. Management is weak at best, toxic at worst. DO NOT go to this store unless you have A LOT of time to wait.

Burger King service (none)

Stopped at wilsonville and was Hungary so since Burger King sign was on I just expected your store to be open but day at the drive up intercom and nobody ever answered? The door to the back was wide open, their were people going in and out but do you think any one of them.could just say "we are closed " even though it couldn, 't have been but around
10 :30pm as left Beaverton at 10 and it's 10 miles at most.
So we drove pDt the serving window it was lit up bright but nobody was visible so left wondering if you even bother to turn the sign off? I worked and managed convenience store where we turned the sign off as people would think you were opened and you aren't so may not go back if this is your practice, stop in take a guess if we're open, have it my way? OK right, !

I first want to complain about this form disappearing after I took the time to explain what was going on.
Evidently you don't mind your employees discriminating me since I couldn't see code on coupon, won't go into it as probably loose all the info as earlier when I needed to answer my phone! So I will just tell you I recently had cataract surgery and can't see up close so when I didn't tell your employee code on coupon I added taco and didn't get it, nor did I get MY receipt, I got one for the car ahead and the car behind and didn't get taco so when I went inside to see what if been charged I was told I didn't order taco when I drove up to window with coupon I needed to order as you need code before she can put order in and it was my fault, I really didn't care but wanted to know what id been charged
Since I used debit card! I don't appreciate your employee shaming me telling me, if you would of followed our strict rules, I find it odd the bk down the street doesn't and never had done business in this manner and if you are in a dark car well good luck!
There are plenty of other places nearby that would appreciate my business so guess I will go there!

Burger King whopper

I ordered a whopper with no onion or katsup n got it with 4 piecs of lettuce 1 pickle n 1 lityle tomato. Also 1 with no lettuce, again 1 pickle n 1 little tomato.
Called n spoke to Manager on duty and was told had 2 bring food back, Since I didnt get receipt. Thats my fault though. The girl in DT asked if wantd it and I said no. Why? I never had a problem before. Its 730 pm I just want to spend time with my kids before they go to bed. I see them for 1.5 hours in the morning before school/work and 2-3 hours when I get home from work. I shouldn't of had to go back with the receipt or food. It's not my fault they are not being chincy with the ingredients.

Burger King black ops 4

There's no black ops four gesture in my mcwhopper happy mean? This is insane. I thought that November of 2018 meant november of 2019 so I thought I was still eligible for this amazing deal. I live inside black ops call or duty 4 and this is how you treat me? Insane. Consider my business back in the game. I, as well as my four year old daughter, are both crying as I write this. Burger King all service and customer respect

I visited a Burger King restaurant to get something to eat and go back to work. I entered the establishment placed order and paid for the meal no problem. The food was slowly prepared with unhappy customers waiting. I went to sit down and eat the food I noticed the bathroom has the fake signs on it that the bathroom is not working below another sign saying the bathroom is for customers. I asked for some of the hand sanitizer behind the counter and was granted. I sat to eat and here comes the cashier to clean where I am sitting sweeping mopping as if I am not there moving chairs also and I ask excuse me miss please allow me to finish eating before you keep sweeping up that dust in the air and she gets mad curses and keep going . I bring the problem to the manager and the manager was even more rude and cursing real words while screaming saying D*** now you want a refund you are nothing get out of my restaurant I wish my husband was here to fight you and start trouble with his weapons. I would not suggest this restaurant to anyone not even a dog the staff there are the worst.

Burger King food was awful.

After sitting at window looking at workers backside as she played on her phone. My fries were cold and mayo literally dropped off my burger. Don't get me wrong I love the stuff but it was drowned in it. There was no how are you have a nice day nothing. Just 9:90. No thank you even no sorry for your weight. Service now days can make or break you. We have complained to manger about condiments dripping off before and we're offered free food with smirk. We were scared of it after managers attitude

I went to your Victoria street location in Kitchener ordered a whopper combo with cheese and mozzarella sticks. But we're sold out of mozz sticks. When I got my whopper it was cold soggy and the patty was very burnt. All the topping were only on one edge of the burger. Burger King service and food quality

The GM and cashier had such high energy. They were extremely polite, friendly, and energetic about serving everyone, including me and my two girls. I decided to dine-in, and while eating, they even complimented my daughters with Halloween crowns. I even observed a hostile customer come in complaining how she was short changed with much attitude: this did not disrupt the joy management and employees had; the situation was resolved quickly and nicely. The food was hot and fresh, we really enjoyed the big breakfast from the fresh golden pancakes to the hashbrowns. I must admit i was skeptical about going hear because of the service and quality of food i had received in previous visits over a year ago. Loving BK.
