This is reference to burger king store # 8119. I've been visiting this store for about 9 months now and never seen a male manager nor pl. I've also notice that an employee working there was once a manager at KFC. Not saying that the managers and Pl's that are there now are not doing there job, but its very rare to see male managers. Also noticed that a female at the same store probaly been working there around 1.5 months now have a black shirt, in which this guy i was speaking on has been there over 4.5 months. Yea you can say i see everything. Everytime im in the store which is everyday i see him bust his tail working, he's all over the place doing odd jobs making sure the store is clean. That's what type of people we need in management, not someone who has a lead to that position. I know it was a lead cause i overheard conversations as the employees were taking breaks in the store. I truly don't thnk this is the right choice. I see him motivated and yes qualified for the position but yet you make a FEMALE who's been there for a few weeks a pl. Please review this before i have to make a disrcimination complaint.

A very RUDE experience I had at Burger King Drive thru in Moon Township, PA. the woman taking the order was very, very rude...and when I drove around to pickup my order, everyone was laughing, and the person(Jessica) that took my order, had her back turned on me..obviously she was having a wonderful time with the other employees laughing and looking at her, I then got her name, took my order and left...I told her I was not happy with her rudeness and I would do a followup, when I got home I called the Burger king and requested to talk to the Manager, the person who answered hung up, I re-dialed and the same person came on, I said Jessica I want to speak to your manager, she stated she was THE MANAGER...I said ok I'll put my complaint to BK online.

on june 21, 2017 while trying to order food at thye drive thru window I was made to wait while the manager was in an arguement with someone at the counter. I tried twice to order and was told to wait. I drove up to the window and asked to talk to the manager. The women said she was the manager and I stated my complaint. I was told to go to McDonalds. I went inside to ask for corperates phone number and her name. She removed her name tag and would not give me the number. This same woman was not only disrespectful but very unprofessional. I plan on doing whatever I can to make this situation known to corperate. This person needs to be terminated and/or replaced.

On Saturday May 23, 2017 at 9:30am my family and I stopped at Burger King in Charlottesville Va to make a quick rest stop before preceding to go to my nephews graduation from the military school. I went into the stall to urinate, once i sat down I noticed there was brown matter on my foot. At first I miss took it to be mud until i left the stall and one of my family members pointed out the matter was also on my ankle, leg and the side of my dress shorts. It was then I realized the brown matter was in fact feces. I told the manager about the situation and the feces all over the base of the toilet. It took her 30 minutes to come in to clean it up, she was rude when I asked for her name so I could report this. I was very irate, I had fecal matter on my clothes, humilated because I had to remove my shorts and stand in the bathroom in my panties to wash the stain out and became late for the graduation. I feel like something needs to be done about this. email me back. I am in the process of taking corrective action.

Burger King - the same company that is trying to reel in parents by pitching a healthy eating for kids campaign - is running a disgusting ad. Thus far, it's only in Singapore, and in response to complaints about it, the company has abdicated responsibility by saying "Burger King Corporation (BKC) values and respects all of its guests. This advertisement is running to support a limited promotion in the Singapore market and is not running in the U.S. or any other markets. It was produced by a locally-based Singapore agency and not by BKC's U.S. advertising agency of record, Crispin Porter and Bogusky." Well, it's still a Burger King ad, and they are responsible, and it's a disgusting message to send the same kids they are marketing to. Shame on them.

My family went into this Burger King at 7:55 AM on 7/3/09.
We ordered as a family of six. There were no other patrons in this place. For starters, I ordered and then my Mother ordered the same meal standing right next to me. I assumed the clerk ordered what we asked for cause she looked right at both of us. Then my husband ordered for himself and three children. When we got our order, I did not receive my order at all. I looked at the receipt and she did not punch my order in, as I thought she did. So I took the receipt back to her and told her. She was very rude and stated that we ordered only one #1. I told her no, that I ordered one and so did my Mother. She then told me that it wasn't on the order!. And turned around and walked off. she didn't ask me if I wanted to order a #1, she just left the counter. I went back and sat down, then got up again to try to order and she and another clerk were back in the back, talking and she would not even turn around to look at me. She just kept talking to the other girl. So I will recommend to any of our friends who come through there often to not stop at that Burger King. The clerk was very rude and did not try to accommodate us.

Was going to complain to Burger King about the fact that they give lots of money to LaRaza. I happened to walk into a location early for breakfast. It's a location that typically hires Hispanics, most of which speak broken English. As I was waiting for my food I was watching the people behind the counter. None were wearing gloves while they were touching the food with their bare hands.

Having owned a restaurant where the health department was regularly body slamming me for the most minor of violations, I'm just a little annoyed that Burger King can get away with this and the fact that most of the staff at that location were probably illegal aliens.

I asked the cashier who took my order if I could order a Chicken Tendercrisp chicken sandwich with no lettuce. Of course, I was assurred that I could. When I received my sandwich it was with lettuce. This may not be a big deal to a young kid cooking sandwiches but it is very annoying to have to tear apart and reconstruct a sandwich you just paid for. Not only that, but the fries were cold, obviously from sitting around for a while. I ordered an expensive vanilla milkshake topped with some oreo cookies. Even though the menu item was suppose to be an oreo milkshake you sure could have convinced me otherwise. All I got was a vanilla milkshake with oreo cookies on top. I now I know I should have saved my money. My entire meal was a huge disappointment. I am not asking for compensation... it would just be nice if Burger King could return to serving the good food they use to have. those were the days when it was all about the customer. Remember the motto, "Have it your way?" The motto now must be, "Have it our way, not yours." Next time I will think twice about going to Burger King. I could have faired better elsewhere.

Sincerely,
Ripped off and disappointed in Arlington, WA

Over the past 6 months, the employees at the drive thru window of this Burger King has taken a habit of not giving change. They take your money, close the window, open window to hand you your order, then close the window. Today, I didn't move, so the employee stuck his head out of the window and asked what I needed. I told him, "my change would be nice." He looked puzzled, got another employee, and they both stared at the register screen. Then he said to me, "it doesn't come with soda." Are you kidding me? So I asked nicely again, "may I please have my change." I had to explain to BOTH of them how much my burger cost, how much I paid them, and how much they owe me. Then he acted all annoyed, as if I'm in the wrong. If this happened once or twice, I'd let it go. But this is a common occurrence at this location. District manager/owner: if you're reading, hire new people; because the ones you have now are crooks.

The following was sent to Burger King on their website:
You people continue to employee a bunch of dumb a_-- mexicans to operate your restaurants and your customers suffer the consequences. Ordered a #5 double stacker and a #11 Mushroom/swiss cheese value meals $11.13.

Got home 2 miles away in the rain, so I did not go back, but I should have. Got home with a junior burger w/cheese and pickles and a junior burger w/bacon.

No where close to my order. I only went there because my wife loves the mushroom swiss burger, but guess what. She will have to find another place to buy one.

We will NEVER spend money at a Burger King again. Your prices are the highest in the industry. Then add "insult to injury" you force us to have to repeat ourselves two to three times to those dumb a-- mexicans who still can't get it right.

Well you keep them, you keep my money, keep your measley coupon offers or whatever you attempt to do to console pissed off customers.
You lost us and everyone else we come in contact with beginning with family members and friends and business associates.

I frequent the Burger King in Debary Florida. Over the last couple of months we have stopped at this location several evenings around 10 p.m.. Both times the doors have been locked and only the drive thru appeared to be open.I’ve explained this to the mgr on duty about three weeks ago and she would relay the message to the manager. We decided to not stop there again at night and drive by rather than have the hassle.

Today my wife and I stopped for lunch at 11:30 a.m.. The door that faces Debary Avenue was locked. There were people inside eating but since my wife has a problem walking we decided to eat elsewhere. I’m not going to say I’ll never stop there again, but I won’t be stopping in the near future. What a way to run a business!

Today, I stopped at burger king in gillette wyoming, while traveling thru the state. Firstly, I would like to mention my experience with the drive through window. Then I will continue my complaint regarding the specific item that I purchased.
In the drive thru lane, the car in front of me obviously needed to have a muffler replaced (If one was on it at all). My car was number three in the lane. For some reason, the drive thru took an exhorbitant amount of time for the two vehicles in front of me to receive their food. I couldn't leave the restaurant (And I use that term very loosely) as I was now boxed in. By the time I "finally" arrived at the window to get my food I was suffocating in exhaust fumes. Obviously not burger kings fault. The vehicle owner should have been responsible. The issue was the fact that the drive thru (Which I was of the impression was provided as an avenue for the "fast food" label) , was so terribly slow! My clothing & hair actually reeked of exhaust fumes! "who would have an appetite after that experience?"
So I arrive at my hotel and sit down to eat my burger king chicken strips. Purchased 3 for $3.91. One of the three was obviously an old timer. It was hard as a rock on the outside. The actual chicken within the crust had long seen better days. As a matter of fact, I think it may have "flew the coop"... Sorry couldn't resist. The other two strips were "fresher" than their cousin but still way over cooked and dried out. On top of all of this, they were cold (I was a half a block from the restaurant) !
Backing up slightly, the young lady at the drive up window obviously must have wished she was somewhere else. No "thank you" for shopping at bk, no "i'm sorry for the inconvience. " and no receipt.
Now I know why mcdonalds leads the way in popularity.
And on a humorous note. The bag containing the offending party had the following printed on it:
"freshly prepared and made for you"... Huh?
Worse yet, "inside this bag is your food moment. " food moment? I don't need a tea reader to tell me I won't be back! Seriously bk? You just failed your "food moment"!

I have went to the local Burger King in Shawano, WI for quite some time never had complaints before until this last month I have been there atleast 4 times and during 2 times my orders came back wrong! I ordered once 2 whoppers for my husband from drive-thru when I got home and gave him his whoppers he came to me complaining that there was no mayonaisse on either of them, keep in mind i was the only car there at drive thru! Last mistake happens last nite went to drive thru again because my husband and I really really wanted the Angry Whopper again, unfortunately when I got home i found the order wasnt right I had asked for an Angry Whopper meal w/ no jalepenos and just the Angry Whopper sandwich with extra jalepenos! Suffice it to say there was jalepenos on both of the sandwichs and there was no angry sauce on either of them which took away from the sandwich! I live at least 10 minutes away and it was cold outside so there was no way I was gonna run all the way back to return it! I don't know what is going on with this Burger King but it is unbelievable that now things never seem the same as they did a few months ago when my orders were not wrong I hope something is done about this!

I used to work for burger king when the fish was a whaler and they changed the name of the fish because it offended customers. Today burger king must be broke because they need sex and murder to sell their product. I am now one customer that is very offended by the sponge bob commercials and wondering why burger king needs to advertise sex to sell the kids meals

I have stopped by Burger King on Delaware Ave on my way to work several times. The last two times, I was treated very rudely by the "person" taking orders from the Drive thru. They would ask me if I would like a "Value Meal", when I replied and gave them the number of the "value meal" and a coffee to drink, they would ADD $1.29 to the price of the "value meal" because I asked for a coffee! The PICTURE SHOWS COFFE WITH THE BREAKFASTS! WHY DO THEY CHARGE MORE? When I would question this, they told me it was because I ordered COFFEE!? AND they would argue with me about what the PICTURE board displayed. SORRY, but a coke cup looks nothing like a coffee cup. Finally, I drove away hungry(both times). If Burger king continues to treat encourage this, it won't be long before Burger King will be gone in this town. Needless to say, I will wait an hour in McDonald's line rather than be subjected to this treatment at Burger King! One is excusable, but twice on different days? this must be what the employes are told to do by the company.

The latest burger king commercial is disgusting! You have the burger " KIng" saying Spongebob I wanna get with ya, to begin with and then you have the girls with square butts dancing. The icing on the cake is the booty is booty commment. Who okayed this commercial? And what were they on when they did it? Idiots!

I usually don't take the time to complain about ANYTHING, but I have to give my opinion on the latest string of Burger King commercials. In a world of parents killing their children, children going to school and blowing away everyone they can, children using guns they find at home and killing a sibling, and multitude of people resolving their disagreements with deadly violence, the last thing we need is a burger chain depicting moms solving their beef against the "King" by cutting his breakline or running him over. It would be one thing if the moms were taking the "king" to court or just having an old fashioned coffe clutch where they bad mouthed the "King". But to suggest to our youths that the best way to solve their problem with the "King" is to KILL him is down right disturbing. I mentioned to some of my family members that I was upset with the recent commercials that Burger King produced. They immediately said, "Yeah, I don't like the violence that they portray. It disturbs me !" I hadn't even mentioned the particular commercial I was talking about yet! You need to IMMEDIATELY pull these commercials. They are a bad influence on our youths and many parents (if they have an once of intelligence) will stop buying their burgers from you! There are just too many other "burger places" from which to purchase their fast food. What happened to; two all beef paddies, special sauce, lettus, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun?! I've been a Burger King customer for about 30 years, but I have doubts that this will continue if you have no concern over what you "feed" our youths!

If you care about your customers!
I go to Burger King once or twice a week with my child and wife.
This past Saturday I went to the store 407, at 3629 Forest Lane. Dallas, TX. The Cashier was in a terrible mood already.

She did not greet my wife or me and just gave a blank stare. I ignored that and just placed my order. She took the order rather rudely and instead of giving me the receipt; choose to throw it on the counter.

I didnt do anything to provoke this behavior but I didnt say anything... just didnt take the receipt.

At this point she said rather loudly told her manager that "They guy didnt take the receipt, I am not gonna serve his a**".

That was more than any self-respecting man can take, so I jumped in the conversation and clarified to the manager her behavior and how she threw the receipt on the counter. The manager did not say anything at all. Wonderful customer service...

After that I stood there to make sure they didnt spit in my food. After collecting my food I went back and was quietly discussing the extremely unprofessional behavior with my wife. At this point the server had the audacity to come to all the tables (except ours) and loudly talk to them that they are how customers should be.

I ignored the rather insulting situation and proceeded to talk to the manager.
When i asked manager about formal complaint procedure, she just ignored ...almost indicating that she didnt understand English well enough.

I had gone there to have some a family outing and lunch instead we got a heavy dose of insult... FOR WHAT!

If this is how customers are treated at your place, I am want to step my foot again in your chain.

I called the [protected] number and the lady disconnected without hearing my complaint. I felt so helpless and weak ... there is nothing that one can do when the manager and employee get together and decide to treat customer as dirt.

I am hoping you guys would be able to help. If not, i would post on numerous blogs, consumer forums and anybody else who would lend ears to this Insulting story.

Here are details from my receipt

On the 9th January I went into the Burger King on Queen St in Cardiff, I queued up and ordered a vegetarian burger and handed the cashier the money. He said it would be a few minutes so I went and waited at the side, twenty minutes later my burger still hadn't been given to me so I went up and asked where it was. Their response was to deny that I had ever ordered a vegetarian burger, the manager came over and backed up his staff who were lying and said that I wouldn't be getting one! I consequently took down the guys names, krashina and dino and left, I will never be going back!

Burger King Food Poisoned
New Hyde Park, US
Apr 06, 2010 12:14 pm EDT

On Sunday April 4th, 2017 around 11:45am I went to the Drive through at Burger King
2351 Jericho Turnpike
New Hyde Park, NY [protected]
[protected]. The Indian woman took my CC payment, returned my CC, closed the window and left me waiting with no explanation. SInce I only had a 15 mins break from work I had to ask the Indian woman where's my food. But the window was closed, so I honked at the Indian woman on the drive through to catch her attention. She ignored me and a few mins later the Indian woman grabbed my french fries with her bare hands with which she is handling money and aggressively threw them in the bag before handling them to me. I didn't think was such a big deal so yesterday I went back to the place again to order the same I've been ordering for months. When I checked the bag, the food was all over the bag. So I told the Indian woman I needed the food replaced because it was outside the wrap. The Indian woman very irated tried to ignore me again and then told me I had to speak to the manager. The manager came, took my bag and told me to park because he would bring me the food to the car. But I was scared about their attitudes, so I went in and waited to see if they would really replaced the food which another Indian woman picked up piece by piece and put it back into the bag. So, I explained them to replace the food because by now it must have been dirty. The Indian store manager gave a woman the food to put it on the microwave and gave me the same food back. I told the manager he was not replacing my food but just warmed it up. The Indian store manager lied to me and said the woman just cooked it for me when I saw everything. Around midnight I was forced to get up and run to the bathroom to throw up like a water hose. A diarrhea attack followed in the same manner without my control my clothes were dirty. These repeated several times I stayed up all night long without being able to get out of the bathroom. I felt as I was dying and my whole skin was so pale it looked like white paper and the chills were so intense nothing would warmed up my body. I am still very sick but the doctor says there's nothing they can do at this point just rest and hydrate myself. But everything I put in my mouth comes right back out! On top of that I'm missing work because I am a food worker myself and I can't handle food while sick. So, the personnel at this New Hyde Park Burger King have intentionally and maliciously poisoned my food in retaliation for having honked at this woman because I needed to go back to work on Sunday. Do not eat at this Burger King at Jericko Turnpike, Long Island, New York because it is run by individuals who are too spiteful to for any civilized society.

I typically don't complain but the recent experience my family and I had at the Columbus, WI restaurant was absolutely horrible! I called the number listed on their website on 10/2/09 and spoke to a representative and was told a district manager would call me back and I have yet to receive a call back some 19 days later? I'm wondering if I will get a reply from the written letter? We just moved to our new home and this was our first visit to this BK. We decided to dine in. We waited 20 minutes for our food (chicken fries, whopper and an angus burger- all meals)While we waited we witnessed the staff arguing in front of customers the entire time, the manager on duty slammed her headset down on counter and walked away, the managers family stopped by and her children were hanging off the counters and were demanding her attention while she had customers. After she gave them cookies and soda cups they still were quite rowdy. I understand having a family and working...we are a working family also but there are appropriate times to have them visit you at work 6:45 at a restaurant probably isnt a good idea Probably wouldnt have bothered me so much if she was paying attention to what was going on at her job. it was very obvious i was upset after about 10 minutes and yet she offered no explanations or any compensation fro our wait. There were many drive-thru's and customers that came in after us and left befoer we got our food. On top of all of this the first cashier that took our order said "oh, the angus burger isn't that great, i don't think". Well unfortunately she was right. Still probably not something you want your employees saying! Our food was lukewarm at best...should've been piping hot after 20 minutes! We ended up taking our food to go. My kids love your menu but unfortunately I don't think we will be going back to this restaurant! A good manager would've apologized and done some sort of damage control instead of blaming it on what my husband ordered. For what we paid and for a 20 minute wait we could've dined at a "sit-down" restaurant. Your cashier also complained quite a bit that she had to take an order out to a car because it was raining I know there are a lot of people looking for jobs right now...first impressions are sometimes all you get hope my experience was an isolated one for them!

Went for breakfast. There was 6 minutes left on ordering breakfast. This is according to the receipt we received. The cashier took our monies. Walked away and then came back. She told us in an unfriendly way that there were no more biscuits so they couldn't fill our order. This is because it was so close to the end of breakfast that they were not going to make another batch of biscuits. We then had to wait 5 minutes to get our monies back. The store # is #10654 on Ridgeway in Greece NY. Due to this, we will never visit another BK again. It may have been different had they told us that it was to close to end of breakfast to make a new batch of biscuits and before charging our credit card. We could have made it to McDonalds in time to still get breakfast, but no, they had to run us through a bad experience. So, we ended up with no breakfast and have decided to never go to another BK. We will also tell our friends and anyone else about the poor service. We will never recommend a BK to anyone either. Just bad customer service over all. I guess they have enough customers, so they don't need us as one.

Chicken sand which special at burger king in apopka is horrible! It was dry, salty, chewy like it was microwaved, had no mayonnaise, lettuce was either old or frozen. Also ordered a veggie burger and they didn't put it in the bag, I went back in they were rude and told me I had to wait 15 minutes, for a microwaved veggie burger, got my child a caramel sundae and they filled the little cup half way, not to mention this was after they "forgot" to bring it out... This was by far the worst experience ive ever had at any burger king.

I have visited this Burger King in February and today 19 March 2017 located Hull Street & Genito Road, Midlothian VA 23112 and both times this establishment had Filthy floors, Both (Condiment & Drink supply) counters were very dirty and had dirty rags on the counter. No ketchup dispenser anywhere. Fries were cold and the Lettuce on the whooper was not fresh (Yellow chunks).
There seems to be no pride from the Manager and the workers.
This Burger King needs to inspected several time between 1pm-5pm IMMEDIATELY!

I just went to Burger King and waited at the drive thru speaker for about 15 minutes behind two cars, who were also waiting. There was one car sitting at the actual window waiting on food. I was looking for a way to exit when the cars started to move forward. I reached the ordering speaker, stated my order and pulled forward. I reached the window where I was to pay for my food and they had over charged me I felt. My store number was 15180 and my check number was 1594 at 8:58, 20Dec11.

I will not go into the money details, because it was fixed, but my problem was the food. My sandwich was so greasy that it was a big dough ball, dripping with grease or moisture or something so bad that I did not eat it. My hashbrowns were soggy and my “value drink” was half full. My solution, I drove to McDonalds and bought a new breakfast. You all should seriously take a look at this Burger King. It is on a military installation feeding our troops and their families.

I live and I love Burger King food. But every time I go to this one store on Third Avenue SW they never get my food right, I always have to return my food because they forgot to put something on my burger or they put too much mayo or they put cheese on it and I did not ask for cheese. I eat at Burger King about 3 to 4 times a week and I am disturbed about the service that is given. It seems that the young men who work there are not serious about there jobs.

I am angry, disgusted, and tired of spending my money to be disappointed when I go to look at my burger and it is not how I ordered it. I don’t want to stop eating at Burger King, but I will find somewhere else to eat if they can’t get it together. Thank You

Shouldn’t the food quality be decent? Lunch is better than the breakfast, but the breakfast service and food is the worst in the area.

I ordered a whopper value meal from this Burger King going through the drive through. The price on the sign said $4.49. However, when the cashier put the price on the screen it was now $4.59. When I pulled up to the window I asked about the price and she said "oh, everyone complains about that" and handed me my bag of food. As I looked in the bag, I noticed she didn't give me a receipt or any napkins and the fries were dumped underneath the sandwich.

Rude employees. Extremely, extremely slow service. On numerous occasions I have waited several minutes at the intercom just to get a response...at roughly 1pm. I have waited 10+ minutes (common) for my order with one car ahead of me, and observed only a handful of customers inside. Recently I was handed my order at the drive thru from who I believe was the manager only to have the door slammed shut before I could even attempt to ask for condiments. I have been to many, many Burger King locations, and this is by far THE worst.

So much for "having it your way"...

My morning breakfast usually consists of a bagel, or toast, maybe an egg. Generally a light meal but typically wahed down with the biggest d**n diet Coke (or Pepsi) I can find. In reality, the diet soda IS my breakfast. So when I walk in a restaurant and ask for a "Large" of anything, I generally refer to the biggest of whatever is available. When referencing my morning soda, they can wheel around the mop bucket and fill that thing up for all I care. It might get me through to lumch. Just give me the large.

So when I pull into a Burger King while traveling and order a biscuit and large diet Coke, the first thing they do is hand me a medium. When I clarify what I am really looking for is that bigger cup next to it they reply that "it isn't available during breakfast hours"...

Excuse me? It isn't like the switch from breakfast to lunch where you really are cooking different items. It's a cup. Dump some ice in it, fill it up, hand it to me and charge me accordingly. This isn't an isolated event. Every time I have gone into a BK for breakfast they advise the large isn't avaiable during breakfast hours.

Hey BK. If I want the large, sell me the large. Don't tell me it isn't available or make me argue for it. Sheesh!

I went today to the Burger King on Montfort Dr, Dallas, Tx, and ordered a Whopper and a cup of water without ice. I responded no to the many suggestions of the salesperson trying to sell me products I did not ask for, like french fries. I was charged $2.99 for the Whopper and $.25 for the cup of water.

I called around the area and the Whopper is selling for $2.59 in other Burger King stores and there is no charge for a cup of water (I have never been charged for a cup of water in a fast food restaurant in Dallas before).

I understand that stores are privately owned and there may be some differences in prices, but charging for a cup is not acceptable. This particular store is a consumer ripoff.

I went to burger king one saturday dinner time with my 3 children. it was the biggest mistake of my life. It was packed. My partner had to stand up so me and our children, 5, 8, 15 could sit down. Because it was so packed we had the idea of orderign the simplest meal possible. This turned out to be 2 happy meals, a burger, 2 salads, 2 orange juices, 2 cokes and a coffee. I went to get the food and I was so Disgusted. After waiting in line for about half an hour. I finally got to place my order. There was only 1 person serving, she kept saying my order out loud and askign if she was correct. She was so slow. There were about 6 workers sat behind the serving place sat on the counters talking. When we finally got our meal, it was about 40 minutes since i joined the line. My eldest daughter who is 15 opened her box to find a half cooked burger covered in grease! M y8 year old son only had chips in his happy meal and his orange juice was so weak you could barely taste it. The salads were ok but my partners coffee was milk! not coffee! On top of everything a worker came past and told My partner her couldn't stand up while eating so he had to go sit in the car outside. I was disgusted and I'm writing to you now as a word of warning

The store has the rudest female employee (No name tag, red polo shirt) who likes to yell at customers and very unfriendly. I came to pick up food at drive thru window and the order she rang up was totally wrong. When I said nicely that I did not order like that, she yelled and called me a liar! She sure needs to be trained how to speak to customers first. That is an unacceptable attitude. No respect and no courtesy. I definitely will not come back to this store.

I visited the drive thru at store #1160 this evening, 7-1-09 and had a horrible experience. First the manager was the one who was at the window and was incredibly rude. The manager threw my food at me, rudely insisted I pay and get out of the way, didnt give me half my order and when I said so the rest was thrown at me. And to top it off my kids didnt get the kids meal toys they were promised..which actually happens more often than not at this location. This was not the first bad experience my family and I have had there but this one just put us over the edge. This had to be the worst experience we've ever had at any restaurant and having a hospitality management degree myself I can tell you right now the manager at this store should not have a job!

After a pleasant drive through the canyon I rolled past the quaint little town of Driggs, ID. The only visible restaurant open at 630 am was this Burger King. I stopped at the drive thru and was excited to order the blueberry muffins for breakfast. I sat at the order screen for a few minutes. The sign said Breakfast started at 600 am! Well, I rolled to the pickup window and knocked. The woman in an irritated mood opened the window. I asked what time they opened. Oh, they were open, but the food hadn't even been started yet! 20 more minutes until something was ready to serve! Let me just be honest, if your sign says you open at 600 am you need to be ready to serve at 600 am!

i recently went to burger king in dundee on the kings way, the service was awful the shop was disorganised, staff were being lazy when asked to fill up napkins, cup lids, sauces the member of staff said no. tables needed cleared and there was only three tables in at the time loads of staff so they there was plently of staff to be clearing tables and replacing items that had ran out so the place just looked grubby and i wont be returning. on top of all this its far to over priced.

Me and my husband were on a return journey back to Germany and as always we go to Burger King at the Ferry port whilst waiting to board our Ferry. As always the service was slow, the staff always seem more interested in chatting amongst themselves than in the customers, so after waiting 15/20mins to be served i placed my order, 1 Spicy Bean Burger meal and a Dark Burger meal, to be asked if i was a vegetarian, my reply was yes, i was then asked if i as a strict vegetarian, yet again i replied yes, to be informed that the spicy bean burgers were cooked in the same oil as the Chicken products in a very non sympathetic way, and quite rudely.

As far as i am aware being a qualified chef meat and vegetable dishes such as these are not meant to be cooked together, due to false advertising. I am hoping to get a reply from Burger king on this matter as i will persist with my complaint until i do.

I visited Burger King on 12/30/08 at 3:18pm while waiting on my vehicle to be repaired across the street. The dining area was filty; sticky floor by the drink machine, tables not cleaned, floor not mopped. Two staff persons sitting in the lobby talking. When I placed my order the cashier cam from behind the counter to get the other employess to prepare my food. The french fries tasted like apples. The whopper had too much ketchup and mayo. It was the worest experience ever. Burger King #01257.

Even this fairly liberal person is incensed regarding the newest burger king commercial — - square bootie! Having never complained about something as supposedly benign as a commercial, I don't know that my complaint will make a difference, but I refuse to buy another item from burger king until this commercial is pulled from the television. The very idea that bk thinks we are stupid enough to believe that all they want to do is appeal to the adult population is ridiculous! (If there is a person in america who hasn't tasted a bk burger or fries by now, then this commercial is not going to make them suddenly hop in the car and venture out to buy a whopper!)

What this boils down to is a desperate attempt to make money while lowering the age of sexualization a little farther. Whether it is their intention to be sexual is a non-issue. (Yeah, right - - as if they don't realize!) what they are showing and saying on these commercials will stick with every person that sees it — - even those who are as young as 3 or 4 years old! And as a mother with a daughter (And sons, too) , I resent that even a fast food restaurant is pointing out body parts that are to be ogled by those of the male persuasion. (And that "king" on their commercials - - he is beyond creepy! He struck me as some sort of degenerate the first time I saw him!)

So — - burger king — - why don't you just stand by your products (Of which I have been a huge fan for years) - - and quit with all the sex and body parts? It's not funny — - not even to those of us who have a pretty liberal sense of humor. You've lost my business, for sure.

My husband and I were out for a Sunday afternoon drive by the beach and decided to grab a burger. I first stopped in to the rest room which I was surprised at how filthy it was being token operated. Next we went to the counter to order our burgers which it was a full 5 minutes before either one of the girls behind the counter looked over at us, when they did we ordered and then we waited and waited and waited. There were others waiting just like us, a couple of them said it's always like this at this particular Burger King. When we finally got our burgers after waiting over thirty minutes with no apology or communication from the two Mexican girls behind the counter, we looked for a clean table in an almost empty restaurant and there were not one, so we went out side and were able to find one in the large outside seating. Finally we eat, I took one bite of my burger and said to my husband what the heck? The meat had been boiled or micro waved was mushy and so was the bun. Where was my flame broiled burger that I love. I went back in to inquire and could not get an answer from the two girls that barely spoke English, deposited my burger in the trash and got out of there. This really put a damper on what was a nice Sunday afternoon with my husband.

Unbelievable that in this day where we're trying to keep our kids healthy that burger king has to charge you extra if you want apple fries or apple juice instead of fattening fries and sugar pop. Guess that's what I get for going fast food! Won't be doing that again - almost 6 dollars for a kids meal for my 2 year old! Utterly ridiculous!

i am writing this so people will know how badly b.k. treats their employees. they are over worked because the managers that are payed salery dont want to work the hours they need too so the store can run at top performance. one manager is a woman which it always has to be her way for instance she will make sure all the good employess work on her shift. the other manager is a young white male and he gets what he wants because he is the son of one of the district managers. then there is only one black asst. manager that has to deal with all the crap by himself. they never have good employees working on his shift, he is always having to finish eveyone elses work so they can leave on time. he is always stuckwith overtime that is not his fault because the other managers and asst. managers dont want to work. i just think that this is not fair because the black manager is a really good worker. no matter how bad the company treats him he always deals with the customers with a good attitude and a smile. i just think some one should help thisguy out they are using and abusing their employees. times are hard employeesare scared to speak out afraid of loosing jobs. this needs to stop. get labor board or n.a.a.c.p. involved
