This is reference to burger king store # 8119. I've been visiting this store for about 9 months now and never seen a male manager nor pl. I've also notice that an employee working there was once a manager at KFC. Not saying that the managers and Pl's that are there now are not doing there job, but its very rare to see male managers. Also noticed that a female at the same store probaly been working there around 1.5 months now have a black shirt, in which this guy i was speaking on has been there over 4.5 months. Yea you can say i see everything. Everytime im in the store which is everyday i see him bust his tail working, he's all over the place doing odd jobs making sure the store is clean. That's what type of people we need in management, not someone who has a lead to that position. I know it was a lead cause i overheard conversations as the employees were taking breaks in the store. I truly don't thnk this is the right choice. I see him motivated and yes qualified for the position but yet you make a FEMALE who's been there for a few weeks a pl. Please review this before i have to make a disrcimination complaint.

Your TV adds are atrocious using 3rd world country villagers. They are simple-minded & patronizing and not at all appealing to me as an American consumer. Furthermore I don't believe that those folks you gave free burgers to would ever voluntarily pay for a whopper.

You have LOST this customer. You sound desperate as a company who is not doing very well now and certainly will continue to lose customers if you continue with this add.

Whopper Jr. Special Offered-buy Whopper Jr. large Combo and get 1 Whopper Jr. sandwich free. I ordered exactly what was written in the BK add, word for word. Then when the order was filled they added cheese to my Whopper Jr. and then told me the offer only covers orders without cheese. Then to add to the customer insult they removed the Whopper JR. with cheese from my order and made me wait while they made 2 new Whopper Jrs. without cheese. I never ordered cheese on my order but they said I did and that is why they provided me with only one sandwich. This Offer is to gain customers to BK not trick them and drive customers away.

I was at Burger King today and they made all sorts of mistakes. First, I ordered and then was advised to "pull ahead for my total" - when I got to the window that girl was angry because she told me to "hold on for my total." When I said I was sorry and misunderstood her she just rolled her eyes and asked "was that sandwich on a muffin or roll."

After she finished my order - she took my money. When handing back the change she told me "I am short a penny - sorry." After this - she just closed the window and walked away. After returning with my order I told her I wanted all my change and if she was unable to give 4 cents - I would return the pennies and take a nickel. She told me - sir I cannot do that because my drawer would be short.

Since it was only a penny - and clearly she was going to fight for it - I just dropped that issue and asked her why I was charged for medium hash browns and coffee when I ordered large. She told me that medium is the largest size for those items. I looked at her with a funny look on my face, since it made NO sense, and she asked "anything else sir - there are people waiting."

After that experience - and the fact that two weeks prior I went to the same location to get a sausage muffin and they advised they were out of sausage at 8am. The manager then offered up blame on the cook rather than just apologizing for the error and trying to find me something that they could make. I think I will just us McDonalds when I have to get fast food - they are MUCH friendlier and seem to have concern for the customer experience. Plus, their food travels well where Burger Kind food is impossible to each while driving.

I am hard of hearing. Everytime I goes there to order something and I sometime write the order down, and they mess up my order. But in drive thru — I gave cashier drive thru the order and she didn't add the drinks and gave toys that is boy and girl. It is both boys. And also want to have onion ring instead of the fries. I am really tired of them messing up the order that I wrote it down on piece of paper and also if I am in person in the restaurant. I say it to them but sometime don't understand me but they gave me the menu and point it to them. It was nice but I am really getting tired of the wrong order all the time that I go there.

I went to the Burger King Drive Thru on May 1, 2017. I waited 3 mins for someone to take my order. I yelled Hello is anyone going to take my order? I got no reply. I waited a couple more mins but no reply. Another car pulled up behind me it did not take long before he started blowing the horn. Still no one answer from the Burger King. I then left out of the drive thru. I pulled around to see no one at the drive thru window and no cars in the drive thru either. I went to the front of BK and parked. I entered the store. I asked for corporates office number but got no answer from any of the 3 employee working there. The guy that was in the drive thru behind me went to the window and blow his horn several times before a lady went to the window saying who is running drivr thru? The other people working there said a girls name. The other worker said she has been gone for 5 hours now and i am too busy to work drive thru. This on a sturday at 7pm. This is also a 24 hour Bk. One of the guys working on the line said we need to lock our doors and went and locked the front doors. Still no one would give me the number. I unlocked the front door and left. I went to the Mc Donalds across the street and they took great care of me. Something sould be done.

On Friday, July 23, 2017, I along with two friends stopped at the Burger King in Camp Verde, Az. We all looked at the breakfast bowl breakfast and decided that was to be our meal. When we were served, the food portion only covered the bottom of the bowl. It was as if though most of the portion served had been eaten and we were served what was left. This serving did not represent the picture of the bowl on the posted menu above the order counter. The photo did not resemble the food portion that was sold to us. I asked the manager, Rachel, that what we were served did not represent what was shown in the picture. She replied by stating "none of our sandwiches look like the pictures". We were not given a refund nor asked to try something else. I found Rachel to be in a bad mood to which she told us she was. She made it clear that she was not having a good day. I must say that this is the last time I will stop at this location and I will let friends know what to expect at this location. As we were leaving a trainee at this locaton tossed an egg sandwich to us i hopes of satisfying our displeasure. This egg sandwhich appeared to have been under the heat lamp for days. On the return trip we stopped at McDonalds next to the Burger King and had a great meal...

Nasty raw biscuit at bk

Burger king served up raw uncooked biscuit with a toasted top on sausage and biscuit that I ordered at the drive through at 1800 stirling in dania beach, fl, on august 22, 2017. There is no way who ever wrapped that one up did not know it was a raw biscuit as there is nothing else with the consistency of raw dough. I got home and cooked an egg to go with it, and had to cook that biscuit in microwave and then in skillet. It was nasty and hard as a rock. The overweight mean looking woman at the window was almost beligerant when I asked for jelly, and after I unwrapped the biscuit I knew why. What a sorry mess that was.

On Sept 6th at 6:14pm I wanted to use your Coupon following taking the survey & calling the 1-866#. Your coupon states that I'd get a free sandwich with the purchase of ANY size drink and fries...so I was with my son and wanted to order a WHOPPER for me & purchase the $.99 drink and the $.99 fry - my son is too small to drink and eat anything larger - the employee immediately told me that I could not order the $.99 sizes because and I quote, " our manager told us we cant sell the VALUE sizes...customers are trying to take advantage of this couopon offer..you'd have to order something larger.." I have ordered VALUE sizes before with no problem---the employeed was rude, and I did not want to delay my son any longer so I ordere something larger----but frankly your coupon states "ANY SIZE" = and that was waht I wanted(the $.99 prices)------so I am not happy with Burger King & I am strongly requesting some kind of incentive to me to make me return - that employeed and manager do not have the right attitude & are not offering what the customer's needs & requests-----send me something in the mail & I will not take this further. I went to the drive up to order and a women named nikki while I was ordering was very rude. I could not complete my order she was soooo rude. I was so shocked from her behavior I go out of the car and asked the car behind me to please back up so I could leave the drive up. I then went inside and got her name to make a offical complaint. She is a manager too! I have never heard anyone be so snotty and rude to a customer. I would go there every morning for breakfast, that will never happen again!

Went into Burger King at 1020 am wanting breakfast. There was one lady that had been waited on in line waiting for her food. We stood there for over five minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there. After four more minutes of waiting fianlly a cashier came to the front and asked had we been waited on, we said no. She asked what we wanted, my wife said a bacon and cheese croissant, she said wait a minute let me look and see if we have any? She said yes, I ordered two of the three peice french toast sticks, she said we don't have any. I said well just cook them. She said breakfast is officially over, I said well we have been here for ten minutes now and this lady her still doesn't have her order, why can't you just cook them? She said again breakfast is oficially over. Well needless to say, we asked to speak to the manager, she replied I am the manager. Well needless to say we ended up leaving and going to Hardee's which is five minutes away where they had already stopped breakfast at this time fifteen minutes earlier and asked for breakfast bisquits, without any problem three minutes later we had fresh breakfast from a resteraunt that really did have a manger that knows how to take care of customers.

I just left Burger King On Josey off of Beltline In Carrollton Tx...The food is terrible the service is bad today is May 6th at 7pm. I am ashamed of the way the restrnt had gone downhill I have been going there for years. I asked my grandson to get us some napkins. I watched the employee look right at him and would not wait on him. He took about 7 peoples orders why he just stood there. Finally I had to get up and leave my other smaller grandson at the table unattended to get loud and demanding to get napkins. There is not reason for that. I am not going back to this Burger King and I thing the health department needs to check in on them and the corporate manager too. That was gross food and sorry service...

Its been a while that I went to uxbridge burger king with my friends. The restaurant manager which I dont know the name exactly served us. On asking him he told me that he is the rgm of uxbridge bk. Later on after some days I went to pizzahut uxbridge and saw the same rgm working as a waiter in there. I was surprised to see that a rgm of burger king was also working as waiter in pizzahut, that really surprised me. Either the standards of pizza hut have gone high or standereds of burger king have gone low. Buts that a real shame. God bless bk.

So, I went through the drive through at burger king and there was hardly anyone there for breakfast and was happy that I wouldn't have to wait in line forever. Well, this time it was worse than waiting in line. They totally got my order wrong and charged me for the other item I didn't want. I went inside after I realized that I got the wrong food, I thought they gave me the wrong order. Nope my receipt stated that I ordered for two people. It was only me getting food in the car. I spo0ke with the manager and they didn't seem interested in helping me and blew me off so I went outside and called customer service. I spoke with them and they made the manager int he store refund my money. They also gave me a free oj with the food that I did want. The key to this story is customer service, if it wasn't for them I would have left there with the wrong food and over charged.

When ordering a sandwich where, on the menu, it says what the sandwich includes...why should I have to pay extra for it? The menu says the american chicken sandwich comes with tomato and cheese...Why am I being charged extra for it if it's supposed to be included. This isn't the first time I've been charged extra for things that are supposed to be included and I know I'm not the only one either. I love BK food, but I won't pay extra for included items.

Today's lunch was a horrible experience! Ordered orig. chicken---out; ordered Italian chicken---out; ordered value meal---out of ff; looked at drinks and 4 of 8 spigots were "out of order" so ordered wopper w/water. Asked for ketchup---out; napkins---out. Then looked up at wall and saw 79 on last health dept. ck. Left burger on table and departed. Will never go back to this location and may not go back to Burger King . Love you products usually but can't stand you gay King!

Brooke doesn't like my daughter for personal reasons and she's been harrassing her for several months so when my daughter went in there for lunch one day brooke waited on her and practically threw her food at her to the point that she almost shoved it across the counter into the floor. After that she was behind the counter staring and snickering at my daughter and her friend while they were eating and making them very uncomfortable. She also keyed my daughter's car at some point and then called the cops on my daughter b/c she said my daughter threw something on her car. It turns out that the cop she called was best friends with brooke's mother. So this girl is 21 and my daughter is underage and brooke is using the cops to get away with whatever she wants to do. Now we cannot even eat at burger king for fear of getting our food spit in. Someone needs to put a stop to this because burger king is losing a lot of money because we used to get food there every time we went to a fast food restaurant.

I've given this particular store more chances than it deserves. Always been greeted by very rude staff, who obviously do not want to be there or be bothered by the customer, this has been EVERY time I been there. And this is only the tip of the issues with this store.

Orders have been wrong more than not, when I brought back a Whopper that had onions on it one time, the cashier yelled at me, actually YELLED at me.

This last time was this morning, at 10:00 am, I asked if they were serving lunch yet, and the always so rude staff rolled her eyes, shook her head, and sternly said "No, 10:30!" So trying to be polite, I just said, "Ok, I will come back" and she flipped her hand at me and said"No matter to me".

I just looked at her, and said, "No, I will not come back, ever, and I am reporting this store to your corporate office", and she actually laughed and said "I don't give a [censored]"

So, if you like to be treated like crap, get your order wrong, and have a bad experience, the go to this BK.

If not, AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!

Price was shown to be 3 ribs for $3.99

What was given (in a bag) was 1 rib cut into 3 pieces.

Burnt and almost no meat on these 3 pieces of bone.

What a rip off!

There are 13 ribs in a rack.

Burger king is charging $3.99 for the equivalent of one rib.

That computes to $51.87 for a rack of poor quality ribs.

US 1, Melbourne, FLorida Burger King has been consistently the WORST place for customer service in a fast food industry EVER in this area. Unbelievable! Don't go there on the way to work or school, you are stuck in line for 20 min then told at the window to pull up front, your food isn't done. Then you wait another 10-20 min, see someone through the front window put your bag on the counter and LEAVE IT. This has happened so many times I'm stunned I go back. It's the only place on the way to the local high school to get food (from this direction anyway) so we wait awhile and give them another change. CONSISTENTLY the WORST EVER! Their uncaring and obnoxious treatment goes on and on. In this economy how can they risk a bad reputation? They obviously don't care about that either!

I got poisoned the other day at Burger King. I ate a Jr. Whopper and within two hours I was extremely sick; vomiting, diarrhea, chills and fever. I am in very good health or I might have died from the poisoning - sometimes I would vomit for so long I couldn't breath and nearly inhaled the vomit!
I googled 'Burger King' and 'poisioned' and got 365, 000 hits!
I will never eat there again and anybody who cares about there life should not eat there.

I visited the gunwhalf outlet on thursday I was appaled at the size of the double cheese with bacon and the price 5.29 for a meal when I complained all I got well its not the size macdonalds do dose this make it a better burger no I dont think so
I had to feed my 13yr old grandson again during the afternoon
this was nothing like the size in the ad on the window or the menu board very dissapointed probaly wont go there again

After a late night basketball game (8/1/11), my son and I went through the drive through and ordered two burgers and fries. As we were driving home, he decided to eat his fries and then I had one. I could not believe how cold they were. Then I proceeded to eat my burger while driving...it was cold as well. I had my son to check his burger and 'it' was cold also. I called back to the restaurant when they asked that I bring it back to get fresh food. At this point, we were alread halfway home. I told them I would come back the next day or soon after. It wasn't until Monday, 8/8/11 approx. 2:30 p.m. that I decided to go to the store (inside this time) to present my receipt and complaint which also had the names of the two individuals that I dealt with the original trip. The lady (who seemed to be a manager) stated that she would have to make a phone call to confirm with Abduel before she could honor my request...it took her a good 7 minutes before she came back to me stating that the manager, Abduel told he to tell me that he would honor my request this time but next time I should come back to the store that same day or the next day. My response to her was that when I made the initial call, I told him that I was already more than half way home and that I would NOT be turning around. I also told her that I did NOT come back the next day because I do not eat at Burger King that often. So, she honored my request where I paid the difference owed $3 and some change. Got 'home' and my order was NOT right. I called back to the restaurant and told her and she told me to bring the order back. I then told her that I was on my 1 hour lunch break and did not have time to drive all the way back. She told me to bring the food back the next day. I told her instead, I would be in contact with the corporate office and my son and I ate the incorrect order for lunch. Geese!

We took 3 Little 3 year olds to Burger King at 18000 Colorado St. in Hebron IN. Right off of the 65 Lowell and DeMotte Exit. They were all recently Potty trained and one Girl had to go Poop, My Daughter took her in the Bathroom that is shared with a gas station and it was so disgustingly FILTHY we would not let her use it, Then one of the Boys had to go. The food was Dirty Greasy nasty tasting. We told the Guy in the Gas Station and he said when he works nights he will clean the BATHROOM, we complained to the Manger of BK and after all she heard she went in and hung a roll of Toilet Tissue.

We left the food and the nasty dirty place and drove a half hour home. Needless to say the little girl did not make it home!

The chicken fries meal on the front board is displayed at the price $4.99. When you drive to the ordering area it is displayed as $4.49. Either this is false advertisement. Or this is meant to confuse the company's buyers. When ordered they not only charge you for the higher price but they also charge the drink SEPARATELY. Now as far as I remember a meal entailed a drink, fries, and the actual food. By charging drinks separately they are also showing false advertisement.

I am writing out of disappointment regarding the Burger King 'Spongebob Commercial'

WHY is this not aired every second of every day?!
Something that is so amazingly hysterical, filled with vast amounts of grand satire and purely the best thing to ever air on public TV should be show cased regularly.

I believe we should aired nothing but this commercial between noon and 1Pm every day, forever.

Those who feel it is turning their beloved demon spawn to evil deeds will have their children sold to the Chinese circus, thus controlling population and providing more entertainment and teaching parents to CHANGE THE CHANNEL less they have their mutant offspring so gracefully sprung for their loins sold off for a better cause.

I demand more Spongebob commercials.

I am complaining today because i never do but now for almost one and a half months we have been going to this bk and every time we go they are always out of what we are ordering three weeks ago they had no chicken sandwiches the next time no chicken strips and three weeks in a row no cheese tots along with now chicken. I can not understand you have a promotion for the chicken sandwiches and the woppers 2 for $3.00 and you never have them in and you plan your meals weekly and every week you go in and the same thing and a no care attitude oh well get something else but when your family is set on those items.

Then you go ahead and order something else since you are already there and they throw it together NOT the way you ordered it and time after time you get the same problems but try to be a faithful customer giving them chance after chance after chance one grows tired of depending on a restaurant you think stands behind their name.

We are stuck going to this one because it is the only one within a 20 or more mile radios. So sorry for complaining but we go there at least twice a week and when you can't get the items you want every week and not good service or quality of food it is rather annoying.

I went to the drive through at the Mandan, Nd Burger King at 9:45, About 9:55-10:00 I made a coment that(This is mess- ed up I think we sould get a free meal) Then all of a sudden this lady gets on the intercom and says missy I can hear you and no you souldnt get a free meal because are cook is not in here right now so I had to cook all the orders, witch no one eles was there, then she said if you dont like it dont come back here and eat I think that lady should get fiered.!
I think the right way she should of handeled that situation she sould of made it clear that there was going to be a wait, And souldnt there be more then two people working?

we went to burger king it is usually OK.but this time was really bad we received hamburger raw and the chicken nuggets wear cold.i let the manager know she said oh sorry and went to the register swiped a gift card, put it in her pocket and then gave me 3.00 back.I think she took the hole amount off the meal witch was 21.97 on a gift card and just gave me 3.00 dollars.I think that stinks their wear 5 other complaints after us she should off given us the hole amount back on a gift card but i think she needed it for herself.i am a retired manager off blockbuster video just thought i would let you know how rue managers where handling complaints thanks for not handling the complaint with full apologies.

I ordered #4 whopper junior meal--coke-frys with two bbq sauces!no mayo-no special sauce- add pickle lettuce -tomatoe- August 5th--I ate it in my car in there parking lot---I drove to the store-picked up diapers-drove home which took 23 minutes. I walked into the house laid doen and immediately had excruciating pain in my stomach and esophagus-I was screaming in agony--then i started to vomit and have diarrhea simultaneously--I had shooting pains in my stomach and was so weak i could not move!

My husband bought peptobismol-vernors ginger ale-zantac-gas x tablets-7-up-chicken soup --pedialyte-and i was so sick until 10th August.

I will never eat at the Main street and Ventura Avenue Burger King again. This cost us a lot in supplies to get well. I reported it to my doctor.

They should pay our out of pocket expenses!

I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, advertised for $3. I did not, however, want the sausage on them. Logic would dictate that if you remove an ingredient, especially meat, the cost should be cheaper - but not more. I was told however, that I *had* to have the meat to get the price! This is no joke! I asked if I could get the sausage patties on the side, and I could throw them out, and was told that was the only way to get the promotional price. So, I litterally took the sauages patties out the bag, and threw them away.

Today, my father went inside a Burger King on Milgen Road to get a few Whoppers, fries, and two sodas. Normally our experience here is an excellent one (one of my friends works there as a cashier) but this time wasn't very good at all. Here's why:

1. 60% of the order was messed up (We ordered three burgers with only lettuce, tomato, and onion, but they put everything on them) The only things they got right was the fries and drinks (which is self serve)

2.Upon eating one of the burgers, my mother found a black hair, which makes me question their sanitation standards.

3.Ridiculously long wait time. This is inexcusable due to the order being wrong.

Like I said, we don't usually have this bad of an experience at this location, but this one is unacceptable. At least the staff was nice and didn't have any attitude.

Burger King located in Port Arthur Texas needs to improve their service. There are only a couple of Burger Kings within 30 miles of my home, but this Burger King consistently has poor service. The people hired to work there seem to be mentally challenged, but most mentally challenged people are nice. These workers are rude. They rarely get the orders right. They take the money for a drive up order, then tell you to pull up where you wait for a long time. We ask for sweet and sour sauce for our chicken tenders, they do not bring it with our order, but I have to holler from my window because he is trying to get away from me so fast, to ask him to bring me some sweet and sour sauce, he returns with just a couple even though we had a larger order of 3 and had requested extra sauces. When I asked him for more, he said rudely I brought you more! This was the first we had! He did not bring me any more so my daughter had to go in and get some more. We love the food at Burger King, but we always get so mad at the service. Of all the fast food places, the Port Arthur Burger King has the worse employees who you can't understand when they talk and they are so rude, and they always get something wrong with the order! Most upsetting!

My husband and I stopped at 141/44 Burger King to get granddaughter Kids Meal. We got that with Sponge Bob and a medium diet coke. The cost came to $5.26. The advertised price for a kids meal is .99.

If someone could explain the math to us(besides the person who took the order and dispersed the food) we would greatly appreciate it.

The service and disrespect that was given to me and my family was horrible and felt like a bad dream, I will not only not visit this location but have decided to never again visit another Burger King due to never recieving a follow up call from the main headquarters complaint department.There are plenty of other places to spend my hard earned money.
After 3 attempts with the workers to get my order correct, they told me if the order wasn;'t right, OH WELL. I then told the 3 workers that I now wasn't going to except the order and wanted a refund, the assistant manager on duty was worthless and didn't know his a-- from a hole in the ground. He held his head down and never said a word. These workers if thats what they were supposed to be were a bunch of animals. So sad, their parents should been ashamed for what they created, monsters. I was so upset for weeks.

Went to burger king (Lake worth texas) this morning ordered a number 1 for 3.99 was to include a croissant sandwich, hash browns, coffee. I asked for coke instead. My total went to 6.64. Asked why she said had to add price for large coke. This was actually more than an extra large coke. I canceled and ordered separately. Croissant 2.59, coke 1.00 and hash browns 1.00. Order taker rang up 2.79 for sandwich. I asked why she said menu hasn't been updated yet. How long have they been overcharging unknowing customers! On top of that they do not have an 800 number so it cost you to complain. Very unhappy!

this is very disturbing yes i really dont kno whats goinn on but wen i use to go to burgerking in onliville we use to order ok they use to get the orders mixed up they play around the whole burgerking is ridged ok now but first and for most if you was to joke order something u sometimes here them playin around n when u get upset they think its your fault n then wen u do get mad they wanna take it out on ya food now what ima bout to tell you is disturbing a female that works there my boifriends so called friend she tells him what be going on at her job she still works thier but she dont wanna tell on people cause she think she gunna lose her job but her boss n some other kids they like to spit in ur food n do other unnecessary things to your food now i heard they got fired but i went there recently n the people that she say is doin it they are still there i mean that is just plain nasty n the bread be sometimes moldy and thats is so unhealthy i hope we can get some one to go thier n disguises or someone to see whats goin on because if i finf someone doing anything to my food burger king will be torn to piece i mean really that is the most disrespecting thing to do

i went to burger king in cleveland ohio store 11665 dec 4 at 623 pm located ar memphis road the counter person was rude and when i asked for a chicken tendergrilled i was told their out of them then i asked to see if one was left the employee went back to check on it and said he found 2 more. i then was told to wait 15 min to have it made in the meantime a family of 4 arrived and asked for 4 chickeb tender and out of no where they got 4 sandwich ahead of me and i asked where mine and was told to wait after 15 min i got my sandwich and it had mayo on it i asked for another and told to wait 10 to 15 more minutes after all that i was not offered a apology and give any thing to make up for my long wait then a comment was made to me to be learn to wait for your food and the employee stared at and lauged at me as i was leaving i never return to this location again and the staff did not care about my long wait

Parked us at the side. We sat there for 15 minutes waiting. When the kid came out with the food i told him and he was like oh well. The food was cold and disgusting.

I am on my lunch break... which I only have 30 minutes and I want Burger King. So the Burger King on Hwy 9 and 20 in Cumming GA just opened back up. I get there and wait and wait and wait and wait... No JOKE 20 mins just to order and I am 2 cars back from ordering. Not only that the woman in front of me had to give her order 3 times and ask for the lady to repeat her order back to her to make sure she got what she was ordering... I could hear the lady ordering asking for a CHOCOLATE shake and the lady response CHOCOLATE, vanilla, or strawberry? Anyways... I order and wait and wait and wait... 15 more mins go by and I finally get to the window... first off the lady didn't know what Id ordered. I tell her and give her my money and she hands me my food after diligently looking through all the bags... YES sticking her hands in everyone of them! And I ask her if her manager has a business card... she looks over at her manager and asks her and says NO!... First off... if you are a manager... shouldn't you ask why? Then I ask for a complaint card and the manager tells me to call th 1-800 number on the bag... no questions as to why... and no apology for the wait... [censored] SERVICE! Never will I ever eat at that Burger King and everyone I know WILL know of the service I received!

I understand that the world we live in people just don't care about anything. When I was young I worked at numorous fast food restaurants and took pride in everything that I did. My managers taught me to be kind and to be thankful for the customers because it was the customers that were paying for my paycheck. I live right down the street from a Burger King and I eat there at least 5 times a month. Four out of the five times I get food from there they always mess up my order.On March 27, 2017 I went to store # 3923 for the last time.I ordered a whopper combo meal and asked for onion rings instead of fries, simple order. I then paid for my food and told the lady at the drive thru window thank you and have a good night. She simple responded with the word "yup".When I got home I had fries instead of onion rings and my whopper was the worst whopper I had ever had in my life.How can one place fudge up your order 90% of the time over a years period of time, not to mention the rudeness and all the times I ordered a shake and they gave me the infamous response of " Oh, I'm sorry but our shake machine is down".Me being unemployed and taking my last dollar to get crappy service was a mistake. Crappy food & service=crappy employees=crappy management=lost business.
Don't offer me free crap because no one wants to eat crap!
I'm done with BK, I'll just cook my own dinners...
