Burger King the food was terrible and I spend $ 10.64

I order whopper combo and a veggie burger at the drive thur sit 15 minutes I live 20 minutes from there I drove in 5 o'clock traffic got home tea old, whopper not good but fries burned and veggie burger cooked so hard you couldn't chew it, this is my first time getting really bad service I didn't go back there because it far and the drive Thur young lady told me they would give me my receipt at window when get my food but when l got home no receipt I am very Angry and I want my money I was hungry

Burger King whopper made wrong, and missing taco

On july 15, about 5pm, me and my husband came through drive through, and ordered two $5 whopper meals, and one taco, one whopper with no lettuce, or tomato, and one heavy mayo, no pickle, or ketchup, we waited patiently in line, just to get home, and whopper is made wrong, and no taco, from the time, we waited, i just knew it was right, and i was very upset, i called no answer, and called back the line was busy, so i came online to complain, i just want my order corrected, dont remember ticket number, but the total price was 11.77, Thank you, I can be reached at o04-405-0215, Ms.Thomas Thank you..

I was finally able to reach a guy manger, which stated if i bring receipt, he will remake order, i have list receipt, only remember the total 11.77, Thanks i can be reached at [protected]

WHAT? I don't know what the complaint was but this is obviously written by a FAST FOOD WORKER and it is OUTRAGEOUS. YOU ASSUME THE PERSON'S HOME IS DIRTY BECAUSE THEY LOST THE RECEIPT? You say the person was "too lazy to walk in" How dare you. You don't know why they chose to go through the drive through. Maybe they were handicapped, or were in a hurry and needed to save time by going through the drive through. YOU DON'T KNOW. The customer should expect that their order IS PERFECT WHEN THEY LEAVE THE DRIVE THROUGH OR WHEN THEY ARE SERVED THEIR MEAL. And MOST Fast food places are NOT known for messing up orders. YOU SHOULD BE FIRED.

Burger King using grub hub delivery service and it's connection to burger king

I placed an order thru grub hub delivery for items from burger king the delivery charge was so out of line contacted them to cancel the order but was unable to because they couldn't contact restaurant to do so no one answered call I was told grub hub refuses to do anything about this so I'm reaching out to burger king because I associate them with you and fill you need to become aware of the way they treat customers

Burger King iced mocha coffee/taco

Today for lunch I ordered an iced mocha coffee and it was undrinkable. It tasted like it had a whole bottle of hershey's syrup in it and maybe a tablespoon of coffee. Also, I thought I'd surprise a co-worker with one of their tacos because he's a big taco lover, the picture looks so good, a light fresh taco shell, full of fresh veggies and meat lining the bottom of the shell. What I received was a completely flattened, semi soft some kind of taco shell, with maybe one piece of tomato and lettuce and this beef spread on it that was soft in the middle part then had an overcooked ring around the edge. IT WAS SO DISGUSTING! If I were your company, I'd be embarrassed to serve such a sub standard product! I even told my friend, "I won't blame you if you just throw it away".

Burger King customer service

Long long wait. Both male "manager"? And female who waited on my acted as if I was inconveniencing them. One word answers. I had to say hello 3 times at the drive thru. No thank yous or greetings. Told to move up and wait. Wait a very long time. Then man came out and basically threw the bag at my window. I dk how this place stays in business with people who obviously hate being there and waiting on customers.

Burger King fries, cheese sticks

I ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches, 2 order of fries, which I didn't receive, 1 order of cheese sticks, that the cheese was over cooked and was the same texture as the outside, and 2 orders of chicken nuggets and my total was $19.18 I asked before I left of all the contents in this small bag and was insured it was All in there! I didn't verify it until I got home. There was No Fries 🍟! I called and told them this and they hung up on me! Great customer service! I won't be going back! I should have just went to McDonalds! Better service and they correct any issues! Unlike this place!

Burger King service time

I don't know what amount of time to serve a car at the drive thru Burger King allows but on July 13, 2019 I placed my order at 11:40 AM. There were only 3 cars in front of me. It took 17 minutes to serve the 3 vehicles in line before me. That is 5 minutes and 40 second average per car. To me that is poor service and actually no employee even apologized for being so slow.

Burger King health and service

My daughter went to this store today (7/14/2019) for lunch with her two girls and my brother. The woman at the register took my brother's order. He was told to swipe his card but the order wasn't fully processed and it didn't go through. The woman then began cursing, saying " what the hell" "what the [censored]?" In front of my 6 and 3 year old granddaughters. So instead of taking a moment to think it through she used foul language.

Same girl took my daughter's order and she began counting out singles and coins BEFORE my daughter paid! Then she realized her error and asked my daughter what did she give her. If my daughter was dishonest, she could have lied and stolen money from the cashier. My daughter is honest and paid with a $10 bill.

The cashier made change and with her bare hands, then without washing her hands or donning service gloves, dished up the orders of french fries. She should have put on service gloves and wash her hands prior to handling the food. Personally, I would have refused the food and asked for a refund. But my daughter didn't want to make a scene.

While waiting for her order, a young girl holding two cigarettes, came in to the store and asked for another employee. He was a cook working the line. He came out front with his service gloves on and retrieved the cigarettes. With his service gloves still on, he put the cigarettes in his pocket and returned to the cook line without washing his hands or changing his gloves.

These incidents all happened in the space of 3-5 minutes in front of customers, I can't imagine what happens throughout the day both in front and behind the scenes. I also question the store cleanliness and food handling.

The staff at this store are in need of serious training and attitude adjustments. I guarantee that my family will not return to this store any time in the near or far future.

Burger King whopper

There are three locations in Dothan, Al. I have tried all three since I moved to Dothan, 5 years ago. I love the Whopper. At all three of the Dothan locations, I can't get a hot Whopper! Burger and fries range from lukewarm to cold. I have complained with no result. I moved here from Bradenton, Fl, where I never had this problem. I have stopped going to Burger King over this. What can be done?

Burger King taco

These have to be the worst tacos ever produced. These are like prefabricated taco shells filled with a mystery meat that is microwaved and thus causing this so called meat filling to actually "fuse" to the shell. The edges of the taco are so hard that it's almost not edible. The cheese is almost non existent and the lettuce is also microwaved an wilted to bond with the meat. There is barely any meat filling and what there is looks like dried cat [censored]. I hope that burger king ends this taco promotion immediately as the pictures they post on their commercials and the large photos taped to their windows are blatant false advertising. Do the right thing and stop selling these inedible disasters!

Burger King new taco

We ordered 4 of the new tacos today & I must say they were the nastiest tasting tacos I've ever had. The shell was hard & whatever was inside it had a terrible taste. Wasn't sure what was in it. Mashed up meat of some sort. Looked nothing like advertised. Also, before we even tried them, I asked one of the workers if I could have some taco sauce & she hollered out to anybody listening I guess if they had any. Someone in the back yelled back "No. I guess they ran out over the weekend". Then one girl said a little rudely to the girl asking that there was some already on the tacos. I said "Oh. It's already on there?" She said yes & looked very aggravated & they both rolled their eyes. I couldn't even finish one of them & threw the other one (of my 2) away. Just felt like y'all would want to know about both of these issues. Customer service very lacking & products. Thank you.

Burger King the food

I order 6 $1 sausage biscuits did not get that they gave me 6 sausage egg and cheese biscuits that's not what I ordered I ordered the 2 for 4 mix and match bacon egg and cheese French toast sandwich and bacon egg and cheese biscuit did not get that ended up getting two bacon egg and cheese French toast sandwiches also ordered an extra sausage egg and cheese French toast sandwich did not get that the lady told me inside that they would replace it or I want my money back I said I want my money back she said I couldn't get my money back cause I didn't bring the food back, I told her it was already eaten.

I tell ya what... the fast food places have a real tough time with sausage biscuits. They cannot comprehend a world where people don't want their nasty, reconstituted egg on their biscuit.

...but, they need $15/hr because they're soooo good at their jobs.

Burger King tacos

The 5 tacos I bought had no beef on them, they all had refried beans. The shell was the best part of the tacos. Are they supposed to have beef on them? I most likely will not suggest anyone try them. If they're suppose to have ground beef . I feel cheated your commercials actually show ground beef on the tacos. I would like a response to my complaint.

Burger King manager and workers

I visited this store and the manager yelled at the employees degradingly the entire time we ate in. The employees appeared to not be doing their jobs as we waited a very long time for our food and had to tell them the order over again. I don't believe the manager should have yelled at them constantly in front of customers. One time is bad enough, but the entire time. We were here on sunday july 14, 2019 from approximately 1:30 to 2:00 p. I hope this will be addressed.

Burger King closed before the end of business hours

I went to this branch. It's listed on Google search as "closed at midnight".
When I got there, the big neon sign said: "Drive Through Open".
But when I drove closer, there were two cones sitting in front of the drive-through entrance.
There were no signs about them being closed. So I went to the drive-through window on foot, I did see a guy and he said it was closed.

When I got there, it was not yet midnight.

I think this is not acceptable.

Burger King taco

Was not at all impressed with the new taco. You had a great opportunity to do something really original like the new crispy chicken sandwich (the best tasting chicken sandwich out there) and instead you took Jack in the box taco and made it your own. Paste like meat no fresh cheese. I can buy 2 of these for a dollar at Jack in The box. I'd try again, maybe something like the old taco Bell taco before they introduced greese into there taco. They were good back then. The meat was a dry crumbly seasoned beef, loaded with fresh lettuce and cheese. Then even Burger King could give them a run for there money! Sam D.

I agree. These tacos are the WORST ever! They aren't even like real tacos. The mystery meat is kind of FUSED into the corn tortilla. Sure this is through over cooking in the microwave oven. No fresh lettuce, cheese, or tomato. The Kning should stick to making burgers.

Burger King false advertising bad customer service

Order number 22, 7/13/19 7:53 pm. I was in drive thru to order a $6 king box. The porder screen was flashing different promotions, the $6 dollar King Box was seen on the screen of suggested items for sale. I ordered this as it is something my daughter will eat. The employee working the drive thru told me you no longer offered this item, I told him it has flashed three times on the order screen and asked him if he could accomidate. He said no. I asked what other meal deals do you have that are $6? He rang up a $4 dollar burger meal... I asked what that was? He said its a meal for $4...He asked what drink I would like. I asked if that meal was at all similar to the $6 king box? He asked again what drink I would like. My daughter told him a diet drink he told me $4.41 pull forward. I have a son and husband as well as myself to feed...I asked if I could order more, he told me to pull forward. This is horrible comunication from you employee. As I started to pull forward, my son asked that I stop and just give him five dollars he was going to jack in the box next door and I could pick him up in the parking lot and he got out of the car upset. I pulled forward and the employee ignored me for some time and at that point I was upset, I had to ask him for the receipt which he had to pick it out of the trash can. I normally spend around $35.00 when I order food at Burger King and I drive thru about four times a week as my family loves the charbroiled taste of the burgers and the flavor of the fries better thanany other burger fast food establishment. Tonight I had to go out of my way and finish buying the rest of my familys meal at Jack in the box. Your employees should know how to suggest a similar item and be more considerate. I am not the only customer that puts in ten hour days and I expect that I should be allowed to order a meal to feed everyone in my family at any of the burger king drive thrus and not have to go to another fast food establishment to get a quick late meal.

Burger King tacos

The taco I ordered was the worst tasting taco I have ever gotten. It only had overcooked meat sauce and five pieces of lettuce. Not even cheese was added. The shell was way overcooked. Was not impressed at all. Not even close to the advertisement pictures. I feel this kind of quality food will hurt your business for sure. I should have taken pictures of it. But I will stay away from burger king for now on.

Burger King tacos

I was very disappointed in the new tacos from Burger King, they were hard as a brick and inside was just a partial piece of hamburger patty and ground up "slop"..
After posting on social media, I found out that I wasn't only one who was disappointed..
I can honestly say that I WON'T ever order this product again not will I be recommending it.
Burger King should be ashamed of passing this horrible product out to customers..

Burger King undercooked bacon

I have been going there for years and maybe one time the bacon was crispy. I mean not even close to it, was like they just warmed up some raw bacon and that's it. I'll buy a bacon cheese burger and I'll get rid of the gross bacon. Total waste of money. Sure would like to get my money back just for the bacon I paid for and went to waist.
