Drive-thru order, got to window, an employee swiped my card several times, didn't go through. Manager Serena came to the window, swiped my card, nothing. I asked her to run it at a different register as someone did the previous day, she said '[censor]'€. Absolutely not acceptable language.
Please do something about this.

    Fremont burger King on mission Blvd is all bad and the manager Blanca is very disrespectful to customers, I can't believe they made her manager
