Went to the drive thru on way home from a long day at the Hospital( were I work). Got to the speaker and the girl says you know what you want. Not welcome to Burger King or let me know when you are ready. I gave her my order 2$5 Whoppers (1) without Tom and Onion and the other one like it comes. Please add cheese to both and 2 Lg. Onion Rings. Then she said laughing can I have the order again. I gave it again and she still had to ask twice about the no Toms and Onions. Finally moved up to window. NOW mind you I am the ONLY one in drive thru and NO ONE in dining area. Got to window NEVER once spoke to me when she reached for me card NOR when we food was almost throw out window. Both sandwiches were missing the cheese and the one with NO toms and Onions had onions and NO mayo. Burgers were near bout cold and half wrapped when I pulled one out the bag it fell to pcs. The Onions rings were warmed over and so hard we couldn't eat them. At $3.49 ea, we shouldn't have had this kind of rings. FYI: NO ONE was wearing mask and the girl giving( or throwing) food at the window had about 2" nails and they were dirty. I have worked in food services before and I know this is forbidden. I will NEVER go back in the Burger King and probably none anymore. This one really done it for this family.
