Good day, if you TAKE THE TROUBLE' to follow the email trail, you will see that I have already sent the PoP (to Britney), but I attach it again as you have obviously lost/disregarded it.
Builders Warehouse online purchases are a joke and an embarrassment. Builders promise a seamless buying experience with the convenience of delivery, but cannot even match an online purchase with the EFT payment, this is ridiculous and shows the incompetence that reigns supreme at this retail chain.
I demand immediate resolution of this issue and I want my purchase delivered by the latest tomorrow (Friday 12 December). I also demand escalation of this matter to senior management (with proof thereof) by return of e-mail - or I will do so myself!
I will also be posting this experience on several social media platforms to warn all potential online customers of the pathetic service they can expect from the all-mighty BUILDERS WAREHOUSE.

Desired outcome: Provide me with my purchase immediately and communicate tracking and order status.Also, an apology from executive management for the incompetence of their staff.
