Web Order 9/28/2019 #1020002 8:15 paid for at store 61.95. I place an order online and pick up time was 8:101. I arrived and paid at 8:15 I waited for 30 minutes. We then asked to speak to the manager who stated let me check on it. about 5 minutes later our order came out. The waitress said they gave some of our order to another table and had to remake it. Our food was cold not even warm at all. I had family at home waiting for the food. Not expecting to be there for another 30 minutes watching other tables that were just set get there food before my order was even ready and I placed it online and waited until 8:10 to go get my order then I have to wait another 30 minutes? I dont think that is right at all . Nothing but a small unacceptable reason as giving some of my order to another table as to why I had to wait to get my order. I think I should be reimbursed my money or something along those lines.
