BudgetAir review: Unresponsive service and refund issue with budgetair.com

Complaint:
I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding my disappointing experience with BudgetAir.com. I recently encountered issues with my flight booking through your platform, which involved Saudi Airlines offering an alternative flight after a significant schedule change. As I opted not to travel, I sought a refund per the airline’s policy.
Unfortunately, despite repeated attempts to contact BudgetAir.com for assistance, I have received unhelpful responses, and my issue remains unresolved. This lack of proper communication and support has caused me great frustration and inconvenience.
I am requesting the following:

As a customer, I believe I deserve better service and transparency. Your lack of responsiveness not only damages trust but also violates the expectations set forth by your platform. If this matter is not addressed swiftly, I will escalate my complaint to consumer protection authorities.
I expect a response within 2 days and a resolution to this matter.
