Doesn't follow any type of policy, makes up all kinds of things they say are policy, that is no where in writing, that they say you signed, they invade privacy once or twice a week there paperwork says once a month for preventive mantainece, The female Manager opening the refrigerator wow lied and said oh we have to ✔️ that the light is working lies sec 8 doesn't do that & it had been 7mt & that is no where on any policy ✔️ & hadn't been done before seeing many Walmart deliveries, just honesty makes me sick that a person has the nerves to do that anyway, then all of a sudden Melissa Estrada manger, say oh there's like 5 things that needed to be fixed but there in there many times a month but nothing was wrong well 1) window needed to be replaced mildew 2) window needed to be painted, 3) the air-conditioning in the same window had just been replaced.4) but the painter realized it was actually dirty and cleaned and oh and took a picture to send, well a few days later the male manager, came no notice had been given, oh it was bug spray time for about the 3rd or 4th time 7-8m, well he decideds to threaten me and give me a wonring that I need to clean the window sill that had been cleaned and had be worked on by,4 different workers in a short amount of time, oh and the male manager that will not say his name, when I asked if Im supposed to clean up after matianence works he wouldn't answer and just said well I saw it was dirty so I said clean it and I asked again is this in the policy well this male I'm not going to repeat myself again this male has mental issues clearly and racist issues because when I made complaints that are clearly in the policy and loud, noise and loud banging and kids running and screaming up and down the 3rd floor walk way many times it only got worse, and the window only needed repairs after curtains were up after all those months there's Many issues with These people just sad and ridiculous.
