Prior to me staying here I commicated with the staff inside the office. I'm just thinking maybe everyone wasn't one the same page because the day I went in to take some of items out the room I was told that I had time to get the rest of my things the following day and to come back the next day. The manager had already thrown ally stuff out to the trash she and I had medicine and breathing machine inside. If I had known that they would've done it I would've just gotten all my things out. The manager was really rude she wasnt trying to hear what I had to say.
Desired outcome: I'd will appreciate a respond and how I can get my breathing machine back as well
Budget Suites of America - Harassment/ eviction without notice

I want to file a complaint against the manager at the budget suites I currently rented not even the full 2wks
Today the manager came to my unit to let me know I had to leave today at 3 pm bc I was being evicted for some complaints about my Dad who does not live there on property for fighting with security as well as a supposed altercation with another resident. I never received any notices of yet and they said all this happened last week but still took my payment.. I went to try and speak to her but she eneded up yelling at me infront of the people in the office offered no paperwork threatened to call the police. My mom went to to try to speak to her as well about the supposed incidents involving my dad and a security guard that is constantly harrasing my dad when he comes to drop me off or pick me up she tried to explain the situation as to why they would come over didn't know I was not allowed to have guests.. and the manager preceeded to yell at mom and make accusations that she was calling her a liar and other things in front of my 4 yr old sister as well the office help and security guard and the other guests all because she wanted to know what was happening and to figure out how to resolve the situation. So she threatened my mom with cops as well. I would like for someone to look into this situation because I know there are cameras and mostly audio in the offices as well as would like to see all these complaints and paperwork I never received
even as i write this still waiting for an eviction notice as well. This very unprofessional and very rude behavoir from management to treat anyone that comes into the office with such disrespect
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response to this situation and as well as have my money refunded for the stay during the week and half I was here.
