Brussels Airlines review: Poor staff conduct and lack of basic assistance

Disappointing experience with Brussels Airlines staff on flight SN3765. While travelling with a 6-week-old newborn, I was waiting at baggage drop when I politely asked for assistance due to long delays. The staff member responded in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, which made an already difficult situation more stressful.
This level of customer service does not reflect the standards expected from a full-service EU airline, particularly in terms of basic courtesy and passenger support.
